Just a couple of nights here. Good level pull through site. Loved the laundry room! The trash at the entrance off the highway, at their sign, was disturbing. Also , dumpsters were overflowing. Otherwise, good stay, nice park.

Friendly staff and clean and level sites. The park is nicely set back from the road, so it is quiet. Reba liked the dog park. It is further away from the caverns than some other parks, but it is worth the drive for a nicer location.

The campground was close to everything. It was clean and quiet with level, gravel sites. The park has a lot to do. They even have a kitchen with carry out/delivery options! It was a very nice place!

We needed a last minute reservation and Shelly and her team members did everything possible to make it happen for us. Fortunately we were even able to extend our stay and enjoy even more of the sites near Carlsbad.

My cabin was very nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. My picnic table was painted the day of my arrival and I was not told so it was a surprise that I couldn't use it. The bathrooms were also never cleaned the whole 3 days I was there.

It was good. Your location was lots further away from the Cavern than I thought it would be. Not your fault!

I had a great time getting together with family in the large cabin. We had plenty of space for cooking and games. The cabin came with great amenities like linens, dishes, and cookware, so it made things a lot easier for us.

All amenities were 100% perfect. However, maintenance is subpar. The dumpsters were completely full. Door handles on the auxiliary restrooms were falling off. Paper towel dispensers were empty. Only one faucet in the mens room worked. Only one soap dispenser worked.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The facilities were clean and the only issue we had was a loss of cable TV stations after the second day.

We love the family and pet friendly atmosphere. They welcomed us with our name on the board at check in which was a nice touch. Nothing was terrible but the trash on the road when you pull in doesn’t make a first impression, the dumpsters were overflowing and there were weeds growing up through our pull through site patio. Overall, we had a lovely time during our stay. Check-in/out was easy, we loved our tent site, the staff was very kind, and our kids loved the Gaga ball pit/playground. Great location to 3 parks! The only issues were the dirty bathrooms and the kitchen sink—both of which are important for tent campers. Both need a major deep clean. Showers were not touched for days (dirty razor left there, etc

It was our first time in a KOA. We had a great time. Staff, though very busy, were always helpful and polite. We had mixup with our last day, but Staff quickly took care of the problem. Lots of room for getting in and out. Nice gift shop! Would definitely recommend to others. Debbie & Tom Thompson

They need to have more maintenance people during the day. Went to the back washrooms and no toilet paper in any of the 3 restrooms, garbage cans only seem to get emptied every other day, they were always overflowing. But bb otherwise a nice place.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Sites roomy but need of maintenance. The picnic tables were all in bad shape and weeds were very high around all the hookups... very hard to find sewer drop.

Located a bit north of Carlsbad (which is a bit north of the Caverns), the KOA had nice tent sites, clean restrooms/ facilities, and a great sense of camaraderie among the guests. Would stay there again!

The site itself was nice but the restrooms were not being cleaned and stocked. They ran out of toilet paper and the sinks in the men's restroom didn't work. The person that helped us seemed very irritated when we first checked-in, not at us, but didn't give us a great impression.

We loved staying here!! It was such an enjoyable experience! The staff were super friendly all week! The bathroom and showers were always clean!! We would get text about the weather warning us of upcoming bad weather!! I would come back again!! Thankful for welcoming these spring breakers!!

The amenities and tent areas were perfect. Only negatives were the paper towel dispenser in the womens barely worked. It would be nice if the store had longer hours. For those who are out on adventure and don't get back till after 6 and leave before 10 we didn't get in the shop but once.

We have stayed here before, 6 years ago. Loved it. This time, however, the staff did not seem very excited to be there. I had to clean out a large wad of pet hair from one of the washers before I could put my clothes in and a small sock balled up in the washer filter area. Nice roomy site away from traffic noise. Nice patio site. Great staff. Visited Carlsbad Caverns and Calsbad museum. A bit longer drive but visited Guadalupe Mts national park.

Great people, great showers, road noise at night, and spiney things in tent area. Lots of family games. Perhaps the best pick if visiting Carlsbad Cavern.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the porch, store, activity room etc. Restrooms/showers were very clean. Wi-fi service was very poor and our swing (E9) was crooked/unusable, but all else was very good. Loved the space between sites! Will definitely recommend this KOA and hope to stay again.

Great family and pet friendly atmosphere. Lots of activities for kids and families. Great store. We could hear coyotes howling at sunset off in the distance. Welcoming us by name on the board outside was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was some trash as you drive in from the highway and campsite patio had weeds growing up through it. We only stayed one night but we had a great campfire to cook on and we rested well in the peaceful setting.

The deluxe cabin was so comfortable, had everything we needed. We rented the pedal carts and played games and had so much fun! The staff was helpful and friendly

We stayed 1 night at a tent camping site with a picnic table, water, and electricity. The site was clean and well sheltered from wind blowing across the plains. There are bathrooms and showers as well as a store and recreation areas. Overall I was very impressed with how clean the facilities were and how easy the check-in and check-out processes were! It was fairly quiet being set back from the main road and other campers were generally courteous about the quiet hours. Check-in: drive up to the office and speak with the attendant at the desk to get your site information. Check-out: clean up and leave your site by the specified check-out time.
