We were in a cabin that fit our family of six comfortably and it was close to the bathrooms and showers. The cabin was clean and warm. We had a safe and comfortable stay.

What a treat to travel in March and be able to stay at a KOA cabin in Wyoming. The cabins are located close to the bathrooms, which is important when you have children. The kids had fun on the playground, playing giant chess and giant Connect 4. The bathrooms and the whole campground are clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay there again.

Love the place. Rented a cabin. Rustic and modern at the same time. Camping in the middle of town! Will be back for ice fishing! Cmon winter.

I was coming in late and by my lonesome after a long day of driving. The current host was very communicative, and also offered to upgrade me to a cabin from a tent site once he heard I was traveling by myself and had plans to sleep in my car in early November. This was done at no charge, which I am sure isnt the norm, but it was so sweet and I felt deeply cared for! Thank you KOA Buffalo. 10 / 10!

I liked everything except my mattress. It was super soft and the bed was wobbly and overall needed attention. I also wish there was a desk in my room. And laundry detergent in the laundry room, or a coin machine.

The heater was not very efficient so I slept in my clothes inside my sleeping bag until 4 am. I like the campground but this kind of soured my like of it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I tested the 1500W heater. It works really well for the 150 sqft cabin. I couldn't keep it on high without getting too hot. I'm guessing you inadvertently put it on the ECO setting. In the future, call me, no matter the time, and we will make it right. We are here to serve you as our guest.

Stayed in camper cabin. Very nice campground along a creek. Beautiful, clean, mostly shaded sites. Microwave & sinks with tables in camper kitchen. Bathrooms very clean. I definitely would stay here again.

The only negative that the dog parks are rock with weeds and NO grass. There is beautiful grass all over around the sites and so I was shocked by rocks in the dog parks. It was a beautiful stay, my cabin was clean & close to the bathrooms & showers. Great lighting at night to feel safe!

This is one of the better koa campgrounds The area is beautiful The closeness to office and restrooms The cabin was cosy Staff are friendly and answered questions I wanted to drive crazy woman canyon and office gal was informative that it was closed for bridge work She took time and searched web site for area drives I was appreciative for the time spent and she printed it out Thank-you

This is a nice campground in this small town. It’s bigger than it looks when you first arrive. Towards the back is a great area with little trails to walk down to the river area.

We stayed in the cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The showers are very clean and private. The bathrooms are also well maintained and clean. It was a very nice campground and would stay here again.

so clean-- grounds and rustic cabin!! wonderful pool. full size chess set outside-- great change of pace. excellent recommendation for dinner. Other campers obviously felt happy and relaxed as well. visiting and sharing were so natural. Caring and attentive staff

The facility was clean and inviting. Paul was able to accommodate my special needs daughter in a cabin near the showers. I would highly recommend this KOA facility.

Staff was very accomodating when I asked to upgrade from a tent site to a cabin due to the heavy rains inbound. Fortunately there was one available.

The bathroom and shower being SEPARATE is a great game changer. The facility was very clean and appreciated. I rented a cabin which was nice, but I would have loved a small refrigerator and a light that was reachable; the fan light I had to stand on a chair to reach and at night that isn't a good idea... Thank you for all of the work that is clearly put into this campground; &

Stayed in a camping cabin. The air conditioner was way too small for the cabin, & the temperature was barely tolerable through the night! The family in the next cabin got a refund & left! Air conditioners need to be upgraded

Thanks for letting us know. We are not always aware when the units fail, as they often stop performing well instead of just outright failing. The unit cooled the cabin wonderfully for several years. Had you called us and let us know, we could have quickly swapped the unit out.

The staff was excellent, There was an open upgraded site so they gave it to us for the night. This is not your typical KOA there is a large streams and a small stream running through the resort. It is well thought out with spacious sites in the back area on the water. plenty of patio sites with fire pit, chairs, dog pens and BBQ pits. We really loved the layout. We will be back

This location is wonderful. Easy on/off the interstate. We stopped for a night during the ‘off season' but are still pleased with the service and accommodations. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry are clean. You can take a relaxing walk along the water and even better, if you have pets, there are sites with personal dog pens (there is also a fenced dog park). We will definitely stay here again in the future.
