We had to duck into Buffalo due to some bad weather, plus we were already late because of mud issues that day. They had a great spot for us, with a well kept, level site. Showers and bathrooms were clean too. Super friendly on check in as well

This campground was very nice. Even though it's a Journey, it felt more like a Holiday. Nice sites, wide roads, great WiFi, 2 dog areas, creek running thru the park. The only negative is there was no staff on site that we ever saw. Don't know if there was a store because the office area was closed the whole time and for the price being charged that seemed inappropriate.

Winter is hanging on in so many ways so staff is utilized to their fullest around the campground. When we have only 5 or 6 check ins a day. It is more advantageos to all of us to ask people to call us when they need us...this was posted on the door. Full hours will soon be here!

When we arrive , we were assigned a site that was still in winter mode with no water so we had to hook up to water on the next site. There were plenty of empty sites that they could have reassign us.

You didn't have to hook up to the next site. You choose to, then called, mostly to tell me you were leaving a bad review. It was less effort to turn the valve at your site than for you to independently decide to move your water hose to the next site. You were smug telling me about the bad review.

We had a great spot #18 the camp is in wonderful condition, everything was very clean and has an expansion and a bridge to it that was added in the resent past. Met the owners husband and wife ( but my memory fails me on their names ) outstanding people would stay there again when in the Buffalo Wy. area. Rick & Donna

Shower stalls were too small and my shower water alternated from scalding hot to freezing cold. Lots of traffic noise. Water needed to be turned on.

Short stay on our way to another location. Facilities were nice, easy checking in and out, easy to contact camp office for questions.

First time staying at a KOA and we enjoyed it! Well maintained grounds and the bathrooms/showers were very clean. Definitely recommend!

This was our 2nd time at Buffalo KOA. Both times were for stop overs on our trip. Our last stay we had to stay extra days due to weather. The managers are great! Very friendly and accommodating. The staff is helpful about restaurants, etc. and also interested in their guests. The bath house is very clean and one of the best kept. Facilities and grounds are really well maintained! Great park!

I stayed at this campground only one night as traveling through Wyoming. The owners took my reservation and were really nice. I was coming in after hours and did not have any trouble finding my site. The campground had just had a big snow storm but I could tell that it was a really nice campground. The bathroom was very clean. I will stay here again on my next trip through this area.

We stay in a lot of KOA‘s, and this is absolutely the BEST! Everyone and everything is top notch. A great family run operation!

Just overnight. But staff was very helpful and personable. Showers were clean and warm. The RV park was well maintained.

Stay was fine for one night think they need to do a little more maintenance if going to be open for the winter

I can understand why you might think that. It was 55 when you arrived, but we had just been hit with 7" of heavy snow just four days earlier. One of the drawbacks of staying open in winter is the snow / thaw / ice challenges. We are learning more every winter!

We pulled in about 6PM after a harrowing trip across I90, a very helpful member of the family that runs this KOA helped us locate our spot for the night. The only downside was the restrooms were a bit chilly, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot showers.

Winter stops are always hard and the stay was just for one night. Found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Did not use any of the facilities, but would not hesitate to visit the park again when traveling though the area.

The stay was great. Even though it was the end of the season, it was easy to get the water we needed, and the facilities were great.

Fall is such a great time to visit Buffalo - the colors are great, the days are warm and the nights are cool and the mountains are alive with wildlife.

We have stayed at the Buffalo KOA several times. It is a truly wonderful facility. My only problem is they advertise open all year - but by mid October, shut off the water. This date should be included in the KOA book description.

Wow! What a great KOA!! We truly enjoyed the site, the stream, the cleanliness, the layout! Buffalo has become my very favorite KOA! Keep up the great work! We will definitely return and hope Site 55 is available 👍🏻🇺🇸

Stayed here on night early March when it was still closed for the season. We called and they were accommodating. Paid via the dropbox in the main office. Laundry and bath facilities were open. We had to use the water fill station due to sub freezing temps but that is expected this time of year- no water at the sites. We were very appreciative to have a place with power and water to stay overnight.
