Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. Was a nice hub for our time going back and fourth to different events in the area. Staff was friendly, campground was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

First time at koa. Nice place, nice staff. Will definitely return as they left a great first impression.

Nice place but had two issues. We parked our 5th wheel intending to park in back as always. Come to find out that road was not a thru road. Had to back out. Other issue was tree branch preventing us from opening our forward slide. Had we been told to park farther back and park in front neither issue would have occurred. I’d stay there again but I’d walk my site as I probably should have this

One of the nicest and cleanest campgrounds I have ever stayed at. I have a pool at home and keep it very clean. Their pool is super clean and very well maintained. I love the trees at every campsite. The only thing I would add would be paved roads or a paved walkway through the park due to walking my dog around the campground. Their pictures are just what is looks like.

Very dusty as you know. It seems a lot of campers today don’t have any camp etiquette. Not Driving slow as you told them, walking right next to door of camper to get through, and riding bikes through your campsite. Most of this is hard to control and monitor. Your facility was very nice.

This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed at. The park is beautiful. The employees are all so friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our one-night stay! The entire site was very clean, well landscaped and cared for. Hookups are in great condition. Very friendly staff at check in. Highly recommend!

Easily one of the cleanest and most efficiently ran KOAs we've ever stayed at. It's obvious the owner and family put a lot of care and elbow grease into keeping the campground, bathrooms and showers clean.

It would be 5 stars if the roads and sites were paved and it had a fitness center. One of the nicest KOA’s I have ever stayed at.

We love this KOA. It is well maintained with a helpful staff. We love the patio spots by the stream. They have lush green grass and are wide enough to provide privacy. It always is a relaxing stay.

Loved our site with the enclosed area for patio and paw pen. Pups enjoy being free off leash inside the fenced enclosure with us. A very nice KOA. Enjoyed the surrounding area; quaint old town of Buffalo, Crazy Women Canyon, Big Horn Mountains and the moose and Sheridan rodeo with especially the Indian Relay Races.

The staff is amazing. We had reserved a patio site at check in. Due to traveling with a group the desk staff recommended upgrading to a creek side spot. It was gorgeous. Perfect for our large group. Loved the smokeless fire pit! (We will be purchasing one for our home) Beautiful concrete patio, BBQ grill, upgraded table and chairs. Campground is immaculate! Thank you so very much much!

Buffalo WY is a great place to visit on our way to and from Yellowstone. The campground is amazing! Friendly staff and beautiful accommodations.

It's a beautiful place but site 57 is lower than the sewer dump. I won't be back.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Any sewer connection that is not at ground level is higher than the pad. That site has gravel landscaping around the connection, so having it a couple of inches higher keeps rocks out of the sewage. Your sewer hose shouldn't be on the ground at all, so a sidewinder should make it a non-issue.

We have many different types of sites at a broad range of prices. Your site had a concrete patio, private dog pen, big yard, polywood furniture and a Solo Stove. There are five really nice lower-tiered options to consider next time you stay with us. Give us a call and we will be glad to help you.

We so enjoyed your beautiful campground! Site 63 is wonderful. My only issue was so many thistles in the grass. We do plan to be back.

We've stayed here a few times before and enjoyed it. This time, however, another camper did something to mess up our reserved spot and the owner went out of his way to fix the mistake even though it definitely was not his fault; very good customer service!

We showed up at 9pm and were able to make creek-side accommodations! My kids loved the creek and the pool! Thank you to the friendly staff who helped sign me in! She was very friendly!

Buffalo KOA worked with us when we had issues with our motor home and allowed us to switch to renting a cabin. We value the flexibility and support provided. Great location. The front desk were helpful in recommending local restaurants. We will stay here again!

The microwave was broken and the showers were cold.

It was not broke, the GFI needed replacing. Calling us or moving it to one of the other 9 outlets in the pavilion would have worked. We tell tenters the bath house near the tent sites is small, so if many people are using it, use the big bath house which does not run out of hot water.

Our stay at Buffalo KOA was great! The owners genuinely care and have a beautiful campground. The grounds are well kept, and there is lots of shade with all the trees.The creek is peaceful and serene. Put this on your list to come visit!

Sites in the section we stayed in are tight but we'll maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hey Gene. Your site was over 35ft wide and 75 ft long which is big for typical RV spots. With your 45ft fifth wheel, I suggest next time staying in our premium patio or creekside deluxe spots if you are looking for more space and comfort.

What a great KOA! Clean and well kept. Gravel roads and pads with grass. Beautiful, mature trees with a creak you can walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend. We stayed here in late October.

So many times I'm disappointed by where I stay but this was one place that I wish I could've stayed longer and is definitely on my bucket list to go back to it's just an absolutely lovely campground with very friendly staff I arrived a little before check-in time but they didn't make me wait they got me right in.
