We only spent one night as we were traveling through. This place was clean, organized and well staffed. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend this KOA!

Very nice campground, lots of dog park areas and little trails to walk. Bathrooms are very clean. I would definitely recommend!

We only stopped by for the night. It was very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We have a 45 foot toy hauler that we pull with a semi truck and they found a spot for us. Love the level spot, we didn’t have to unhook. It’s a beautiful campground.

Great place to stay for a night or a week! Out of the 4 KOAs that we stayed on this trip, this is the only one without an escort to our site though.

Overnight stop. Facilities were outstanding, staff fairly friendly (busy). I would stay here again. I do wonder why I was given a 30/50 Amp site when the 2 30 Amp sites next to me were open all night (price increase??)

It's understandable that the Buffalo KOA is an award-winning location. All of the facilities are very well-maintained and the amenities exceptional.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very nice respectful young man. He was very thorough and outlined every amenity the campground had. The grounds were well kept. Wi-Fi was spot on. And the up to date texts were remarkable, never have we been so informed. We’ve camped at a lot of KOA’s and this one stands out as one of the best if not the best. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Great location. You can hear a bit of traffic but not too bad. Clean bathrooms. Tent sites right by the creek. So nice! Staff was great too

We met friends here and stayed for 2 nights before heading up to bighorn mountains for dispersed camping. On our 4th day i broke my elbow while hiking. Kaitlyn was great about fitting us back in and working with us until we figured out our plan. Super nice and helpful folks that operate this koa. Highly recommend.

Best we’ve stayed in so far. Modern, high quality, and very clean. The kids enjoyed the fresh, clean pool. The staff was so friendly and a special acknowledgement to Caitlyn who was so friendly and helpful when calling in for our reservation.

Staff was very friendly. We were there for one night passing through. The site size was decent. They had a pool but it was very windy and chilly when we were there so did not use the pool.

My kids loved the playground and all the games. The cabin was very nice with comfy beds, and the showers were very clean.

We definitely enjoyed our short stay with you and will definitely stay again. The prices were a big factor in us staying in Buffalo versus our normal place in Sheridan where we normally stay. Their prices were very high this year, so we were excited to see your prices. You have a beautiful place with trees, grass, patios, etc that made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Friendly staff, efficient check in, spotless restrooms and showers, Nice, level pads, comfortable spacing, nicely landscaped common areas. Sparkling pool and deck areas, games for kids. Would turn in the future, if in the area.

Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We use KOAs only as we're traveling across country to get to our destination. Some are sketchy, even a few of the "Holidays". This Journey gave us a delightful overnight stay; we would feel comfortable staying longer. The Creekside sites are a joy surrounded by nature and not staring into the side of another rig. Staff is wonderful. Thank you Paul!!!

Beautiful campground that actually had grass in the patio sites across the bridge. If there was more to do in Buffalo, we would definitely come back!! We stayed 3 nights.

We arrived a little early but the staff was super welcoming and very helpful. The camp site we choose was creekside and worth the extra money. Flat, spacious and very relaxing with a Solo stove and nice outdoor table and chairs. Great overnight stay!

This KOA was an overnight for us. It is a great location. The property is extremely well maintained. The main office is in the style of a log cabin. The showers are there as well. They were some of the cleanest showers we have used at any KOA. We used the pool but the water was really cold so our kids were done pretty quickly. We also saw a wagon tour ending which is a nice touch.

This is the best KOA we have stayed at! There are mature trees, nice swimming pool, large sites, on the river, good wifi , extremely clean and friendly staff. Not sure why this is not a holiday KOA, it is better than most holiday KOA's we have been to. I have already recommended this KOA to friends and we are planning our next trip. We will be back soon! Campground was clean and in good condition. All staff that we came in contact with were nice and helpful. Sites in what looks like the original section are not big, but they work fine.

Met the owner, very kind and informative. Staff/team was very nice as well. Amazing building for office, showers, bathrooms. Beautiful pool. We loved our site in the back over the bridge, and we will request a creek-side site at next visit. We also loved Buffalo historic downtown and the ride through Crazy Woman Canyon!

After a 2-week trip, this this KOA was a pleasant surprise for our last night. We wish out stay could have been longer. Our site had nice Adirondack table and chairs an area for our dogs, nice creek running behind the property with a beach and fishing. Great pool and recreation area with games. Check in was very simple and quick. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this KOA

Nicest campground I’ve stayed in. Great amenities with clean pool, restrooms and laundry. Very nice patio furniture and sites.

What a great KOA! Clean and well kept. Gravel roads and pads with grass. Beautiful, mature trees with a creak you can walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend. We stayed here in late October.

So many times I'm disappointed by where I stay but this was one place that I wish I could've stayed longer and is definitely on my bucket list to go back to it's just an absolutely lovely campground with very friendly staff I arrived a little before check-in time but they didn't make me wait they got me right in.
