Bowling Green KOA Holiday Reviews

We love stopping here. Great people. Great job on the new sites looking good. See you next time

We stayed here one night as a stop towards our destination. Reservations were easy, Check-in was easy. Our site was a pull through electric/water with a paved patio (site itself is gravel). Can get dusty as vehicles drive past your site. Paved patio had good quality furniture (two Adirondack chairs, and a table with four chairs, and a fire pit). Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Safe too (lock code needed to enter). It took a long time for the water to warm up enough to shower (just give it time). The campground would be so great and fun for a family or a place for gathering/camping with friends: Pool, mini golf, horse shoes, bags, sand volleyball court, a pickleball court (my favorite)! Plus a jumping pad and playground. How fun for kids of all ages!! For dog lovers there is a large fenced in area for dogs to play in the middle of the campground (dog playground), and some campsites have their own mini dog fenced area. Main check in building has a small shop for forgotten items or for souvenirs. The campground is right next to a highway (beyond trees at the far end of the campground) so be prepared for noise from trucks overnight (don't forget your earplugs if you don't like highway noise). WiFi didn't work well for our needs. Starlink works if you can position it around tree coverage. There were cabins there to rent too, if you don't have a camper or rent. We felt safe staying here. Many fast food restaurants in the area. Grocery store is less than 10 mins away. Check out was really easy and staff, again, were all so kind and sweet - wishing us safe travels. Ps. If you like pickleball, just outside the campground there was a park with multiple fenced in pickleball courts with groups of adults playing - looked fun!
