Campground Cleaning Fee Policy
At our campground, we strive to provide all guests with a clean and enjoyable experience. To ensure that our deluxe kabins are kept in excellent condition, we require a $50 cleaning deposit from all campers at the time of reservation.
How It Works:
? Deposit Collection: The $50 cleaning deposit is collected ahead of your stay and will be held until after your checkout.
? Inspection at Checkout: Upon your departure, our staff will inspect your kabin to ensure that it has been left in a clean and tidy condition. This includes but is not limited to:
? Proper disposal of all trash in designated trash bags and bins.
? Removal of personal belongings.
? No damage to the campsite or facilities.
? Cleanliness of grills, fire pits, and picnic areas.
? Cleaned and put away dishware, glassware, cookware, and utensils
? Deposit Return: If the deluxe kabin is found to be in satisfactory condition and meets the above requirements, a full refund for your $50 deposit will be initiated within 1-3 business days.
? Forfeiture of Deposit: If the site is not left in the proper condition, the $50 deposit will be used to cover the cost of cleaning and restoring the area. In cases of extensive damage or excessive mess, additional fees may apply. An email notifying
you of a “Forfeiture of Deposit” will be sent to the email you, “the customer”, provided to us upon reservation and/or check-in to keep on file.
