Amazing! Lovely staff, answered every question and was polite at all times. Plenty of fun activities to do throughout the day. Cabin came with plenty of linens and cooking supplies!

The grounds themselves were nice. My children loved the jumpy pillow However we carefully selected our cabin based on the description and the type of configuration we needed to ensure everyone got good sleep during our stay. The cabin was not as advertised. The sleeping loft said it had a queen bed and a queen sized futon. However the futon was only big enough to sleep one 10 year old child.

We love this campground. I do have one problem though. The mattress in our cabin didn't fit the bed and made it very uncomfortable. Other than that, it's one of our favorite places to stay. Hopefully one day soon the pool will be up! Love the playground and the blob for our kids. Beautiful sites. Great cabins.

Only thing that needs to be addressed is our TVs in our cabin would not get any channel but KET stations. If the TV was a smart tv, we could have got onto our subscription to watch something.

Passing through Bowling Green on a trip we decided to stop for the night and made a last minute call to Bowling Green KOA for a cabin for the night. They got us setup quickly for the night over the phone and we showed up 45 minutes later and everything was all set. We have stayed here a few times in a tent and it has always been one of our favorite KOA's. We will be back!

Loved loved the wagon experience! The grill was top notch and perfect for fixing our dinner. I wish the wood was not so expensive! We made the trip to town to save money and buy elsewhere. Otherwise great trip!

We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom. How wonderful to have a bathroom in the cabin. We didn’t have our camper with us so this was the next best thing. If we needed an overnight with the camper, we would definitely stop again.

Had a couple small issues with the heat and tv. The lady manager was very prompt on getting the issues resolved. Definitely will b back.

The cabin was very nice and clean. However, the bathrooms smelled of urine and had lots of standing water. The bath house could use some modernization.

Great stay. Wonderful staff we had small issue with cabin toilet they fixed it and made it right with us . Only suggestion in the smaller cabins if you walk on the walkway you can hit head on roof corner which cuts your head (I only did it once :)) . Don't really have good way to fix it without changing walkway . But all in all great stay great staff .

This was the most dirty KOA I have ever been to in my life. I would not recommend it at all.

The camp ground is very beautiful and a great setting. The cabin we stayed in however the mattresses were not very good. Just a thought because we were in a KOA in Joneebourough Tennessee. The park manager told us that the staff is required to stay in a cabin for 1 week just as if they wete a guest. This gives them the opertunity to find things to repair/replace to make the cabins a great stay!

We stayed at KD9 and I will say the beds aren’t that comfortable but the amenities annd staff are great! I am use to a firmer bed so these beds are really soft but we didn’t let that spoil our fun! The kids loved the playground mini golf and bounce pad! We were all wore out by the end of our stay! We will definitely be back in the summer to see their finished pool area!

We stayed in the duplex cabin. The cabinet south was nice enough roomy enough… There could be better upkeep. Also, the stove is a humongous safety issue, especially because we had two very small children and the propane vents right into the cabin. Carbon monoxide detector should have been going off. I don’t believe there are any. Privacy wall needed between the two cabins outside on the patio.

We loved the property. Very peaceful and quiet. Cabin wasn’t the best and a bit expensive. Microwave and mini frig were dirty upon arrival but were cleaned when asked. Broken tile in bathroom and some cob webs in corners. Outdoor “kitchen”, (which was just a sink) was filthy as was the bathrooms and showers behind it. Need to do a better job of cleaning. However, overall, we would return.

The cabin we stayed in needed TLC. The tile in the bathroom was cracked & caught my bare foot on a corner of it. Wooden top on the corner unit in the back bedroom was loose & unsteady. The front door had a key card which we had to continually go back to get it reprogrammed. When we first tried to get in it lit up green but the handle had to be lifted up instead of down to open but weren’t tol

This is a second year that we have came down from Ohio to stay at your KOA during hollyfest. It was really hot and we had a 7 hour drive down and after going to the show I upgraded our tent site for a cabin. I believe it was k14 and as we got settled in that night we started to see cockroaches. Also it looks like it hasn't been swept or clean for a long time because there was a bunch of dead ants

Stayed in a cabin by the pond and LOVED it! My 7yr old caught her first ever fish in one of the catch and release ponds and everyone enjoyed a round of mini golf. Great family fun! �

We rented a wagon and it was so cute! It had a huge patio and was very clean. There’s tons of stuff for the family to do at the campground and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would definetly recommend this KOA!

To begin with the young lady that greeted me at the checkin desk was extremely sick when I went to check in. I am high risk so I always wear a mask in but it was alarming to be greeted by a very sick young lady wearing no mask. Cabin was simply ok. Not the cleanest and there was damage to the floor and the bedroom door. The bathroom was very cold and dirty. The outdoor kitchen was dirty and gross.

Our stay was fine as the KOA grounds were groomed well and very clean. The cabin was accommodating and comfortable other than a couple of items for concern: 1) Gnats heavily visible and concentrated in bathroom, especially shower. 2) Shower nozzle head was loose and extremely low on shower wall. 3) Cabin ceilings low with nail end points poking thru. Dangerous for above average height people

Our family of 5 (parents and children ages 11, 8, and 5) visited KY to see the Mammoth Cave. We stayed in the newer deluxe cabins. It was a pleasant experience. We enjoyed the fishing lake nearby, the jumping pad, and the water slide that they had up during the weekend. The staff were kind and responsive. Great place, highly recommend, will stay at other KOAs in the future.

Very good grounds and hookups, along with flat-packed gravel and low-level concrete patio (as I requested) that were great with my wheelchair. Great family atmosphere here: lots of kids and parents playing/walking/bicycling. In the evening came a tornado siren. This is only first place where the campers & employees aka KOA's Joe Faust came knocking to assist us into the ramped concrete shelter, which is the bathhouse. We all swapped stories and then went back. Then came the second siren. Joe Faust, still in uniform, hadn't even made it home, but here he was again with the others. Back into the shelter, until it was over and they saw us home again. The beer I opened had gone warm, so had our hearts. Good people, good campground, and we are coming back to you Bowling Green KOA.
