It was clean, nice sites and plenty to do. Pets being welcom is nice and convenient. Very helpful staff.

Clean facility. Nice amount of activities. The covered picnic table is great. The area for the tent was disappointing. First it is on a slope which isn't great. And second our tent didn't fit on the rubber mulch area. This made for uneven stepping in and out of our tent. And then a whole lot of sliding off our air mattress due to the slope.

ONE TENT PRE SITE THATS WHY IF DIDNT FIT. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry about that we want all our sites to be level. We have addressed this, and it is no longer a problem. Again, Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Horrific thunderstorm preceded my check in. The staff was ready to receive me, dripping and all. Guided me to my site (gravel, level and above water level) and I enjoyed everything in the park except the pool!

Check in lady was indifferent and not welcoming at all. She was not friendly. The kid that took me to my site had an attitude and didn’t say a single word. It’s like they didn’t like customers. The staff could use some customer service training. Management must be weak. The site was fine.

The campsite was very neat and clean. Very convenient for us campers since there is water and electricity in the tent site. But what I liked the most is that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service! Thank you!

I'm not sure if you can tell who helped book our reservation or not? They SAVED the day! The campground was full when my hubby looked online. I called and he said the park was full. As soon as I hung up, the phone was ringing. A camper had just canceled!!! My family was so excited! We have stayed at this campground several times over the years as a passing point going to Michigan. Thanks so much!

Nice campground! Our plans changed and we needed to book a second night. Margaret went out of her way to keep us in the same site. Sidewalks outside of KOA but not much to do in town.

The site is well kept, clean, pet friendly, good layout. I just hope the office opens at 8 am.

Reserved a back in spot with shade. When we arrived, they put us in a small overflow gravel spot.

Im sorry you were unhappy with your site. When you made your reservations the day before arriving and and our campground was full. This was our last site we had.It is not an overflow site it is a full hook up site. With shade it a nice pull thru site

Staff was great. It’s amazing if you smile almost every time you get a smile back. It was quiet like most KOAs you had allot of one nighters. We stayed 4 nights and were able to explore the sights.

The staff was friendly, and the campground was well-maintained. We enjoyed our campsite which provided a large stone fireplace, picnic table, and a nice flat area for our tent. We were camping with another family and they were able to camp nearby. This camp so I worked out great. Nice facilities. I will definitely stay here again.

Great experience! I had booked one of the small cabins. The air conditioner was very powerful, so I was able to keep the cabin quite cool. The staff at check in were very pleasant. There is also a little gift shop in the check in area. Like any KOA, make sure if booking a cabin to bring your own pillow/blankets. There was a little grill as well in case you want to cook something. Good location, away from the noise of the city. Would stay again for sure.
