We stayed in a cabin just overnight...nice and clean...the heater was great on a cool night!

The stay was very nice! The showers were warm and clean. The kids loved the swimming in the pool. The 2 room cabin was nice and cozy, but the back room needs curtains on the windows. My children had a hard time sleeping because a camper next to us had their outside light on all night long. We tried to hang up a towel over the window but there was nothing to hook it on.

Loved the camping cabins, staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the Wi-Fi was very poor, would not list as an Amenitie. We will stay there again.

we are regular guests at KOA's across the country with our rv, this is the first time I've used a cabin, and last. Sorry but this was way overpriced, we enjoy the campgrounds and will continue to use them when we travel.

Nice comfortable stay in one of the Kamping Kabins. They are nicely spaced apart with bushes and trees separating sites, which allows some privacy. My only gripe is the showers. Looks like one of those old communal showers that are separated by the walls. If you drop your soap/ shampoo bottle, you hope it doesn’t skid into your neighbor’s stall.

This is the premier KOA,all koas are good,excellent,great and one stands out to me.Its the little extra touches like motion pathway lights.All koas have clean bathrooms and clean campgrounds but Bismark stands alone with the exception of one in michigan

Other than no Wi-Fi and electrical outage during the night so it was unable to utilize the shower and hot coffee in the morning it was great. Electrical knowledge was not the facilities fault or the Wi-Fi either.

The cabin is nice and the bed could use some updating on the frame. When laying down felt like I was sinking. There was a small opening in the wall in the back of the door. Bathrooms were not cleaned daily. Our stay was nice and quiet.

The bathrooms are well maintained and plenty of hot water, important to me. Campground is well kept and lots of lighting for these shorter days.

We usually tent camp, but due to impending bad weather during our drive from MT to MN we decided to look at other options that would take a pet. The cabin was great, good location and quite. Margaret was very helpful. My only comment is that it would have been helpful to have pet fees listed on the internet so I didn't have to call . Otherwise, this was a pleasant surprise

I think there should be a coffee vending machine some where. Perhaps in laundry room. Office not open until 9 need coffee before that.

Kevin was adequate but air conditioner started to leak. Staff attempted to fix it several times with no success. Bathroom facilities and showers were very clean, but they smelled extremely bad for some reason, like the plumbing was backing up or something.

The only criticism I have is that the wifi was awful! We kept getting kicked off, and most of the time it wasn't available. We stayed in a cabin that was close to the transmitter, we don't stream, we were just trying to get email and were unable to use it!

This was the cleanest KOA that i have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. they also have fun things for the kids. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

One of the best KOA we have stayed at. We rented a cabin was super clean. Grounds were great plenty to do if you’re traveling with kids. Facilities were very clean!! Staff super friendly!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks KOA Bismarck.
