We loved our stay at Bismarck KOA! Very convenient to everything! Showers were great and so was the laundry!! Most of the people working there were awesome, one of the ladies in the office was not too helpful, still waiting for her call back on the water regulator we accidentally left behind!

We have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy what it has to offer. The ease of access and amenities make it one of the best places to camp in North Dakota! It's our home away from home! Could use better wifi service as we were less than 30 feet away from antenna and could only get sketchy service.

Just an overnight stay. Well organized. Our 11 year old enjoyed the pool and our dog was happy to be leash free for a bit in the KOA K9 fenced area.

The campsite was very neat and clean. Very convenient for us campers since there is water and electricity in the tent site. But what I liked the most is that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service! Thank you!

I didn’t like that we couldn’t use our golf cart. I have a nice float for the pool, too heavy to carry. I usually put on to the golf cart. Missed out on the pool. Golf carts are quiet. This was the only place we have not been able to use

5 Stars for the Staff was great. Campground was neat, clean but sites were close. As long as there are no fire pits it isn't a problem. Some sites did and they looked to closer to the adjacent site Rv and Vehicle instead of next to that sites RV.

Nice park! Well maintained, clean. Laundry was clean, easy to use. We stayed an extra day to visit the area; all dealt with no issues!

I'm not sure if you can tell who helped book our reservation or not? They SAVED the day! The campground was full when my hubby looked online. I called and he said the park was full. As soon as I hung up, the phone was ringing. A camper had just canceled!!! My family was so excited! We have stayed at this campground several times over the years as a passing point going to Michigan. Thanks so much!

1. Bathroom was un useable due to heat and humidity had to go elsewhere. AC would be an improvement. 2. Couldn’t use the swimming pool due to its late 10am opening time. Useless to travelers that want to get an early start.

Nice park with camp store and lots of trees for shade. Swimming pool is heated and right up front by the store. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the park itself we would definitely come back again.

We stayed in your KOA and our grandkids came over to visit us and they went swimming in your swimming pool, which is a very nice and clean pool and we used your restroom facilities and they are A+ in cleanliness. We are members and we will be staying at your campground again.

Clean, open and wide site, but very unlevel gravel. Didn’t feel welcomed by staff upon arrival. Locker room style gender specific bathrooms. Challenging to unlock, and despite being less than clean, nice water pressure and temperature for shower. Nice k9 park and pool.

The site we were originally assigned we didn't feel comfortable with. It was right next to the mini golf and was leary of stray balls. They moved us over one site. Although needing blocks to level it was a nice site. Campground has lots of trees and bushes for greenery. Everything seemed clean and neat. Several pretty flowers. Was great to see families having fun. Enjoyed our 4 night stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we gave you a choice of site we could more you to and you choose the next site over. you asked if any camper was hit by the putt putt golf balls.NO WE HAVE NEVER ANY PROBLEMS FROM THERE.. we offered to move you right away with no problem

Though the cabin was clean, it was lacking privacy curtains. Also, I was a late check-in and had trouble finding my info & cabin in the dark. Can live with that, but the manager's attitude was terrible & she cancelled my subsequent reservation because "you are not going to give us a good rating". Guaranteed I won't now.

Great experience! I had booked one of the small cabins. The air conditioner was very powerful, so I was able to keep the cabin quite cool. The staff at check in were very pleasant. There is also a little gift shop in the check in area. Like any KOA, make sure if booking a cabin to bring your own pillow/blankets. There was a little grill as well in case you want to cook something. Good location, away from the noise of the city. Would stay again for sure.
