Kevin was adequate but air conditioner started to leak. Staff attempted to fix it several times with no success. Bathroom facilities and showers were very clean, but they smelled extremely bad for some reason, like the plumbing was backing up or something.

Super convenient stop to begin our roadtrip out west! Clean and well maintained! The dog park was a good size and had unlimited fresh water for our pup. Our kids enjoyed the pool and bikes. Overall a great way to start our adventure!

We were pretty tired by the time we arrived there so did not make use of any of the facilities but the place was nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again if we are back this way!

The space was large enough and level. The roads and drives through the park where gravel covered and without mud holes or potholes. It had all the normal KOA amenities. The dog park was adequate overall it is an above average KOA journey.

Our first day we took our grandchildren to the pool. We had just got there and my 12 year old grandson was moving the floats on the rope and an employee with a blonde ponytail totally went off yelling to stay off the rope and she was sick and tired of telling them. This upset my grandson so much he was done swimming for the day. She needs a new job!

it was great the tent site was on a little bit of a hill .not sure why it wasn't flat. and not much grass. There were many area's unoccupied where there was more grass and more room. wish we could have had one of those sites. there was a couple with a huge tent and they got the larger area because their tent was bigger than the 10ftx 10 ft spot for the tent where we were directed to.

this park is quiet and clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. they could use a larger dog park.

Lots too do in the area. Minor complaint though. I called to add a day to the reservation I made for a week and when I arrived they laid was changed from a 50 amp site to a 30 amp. I didn't reviews a changed email confirmation. They did have a site to move me to, but it was on a busy corner near the office building.

Campground is very clean and beautiful but rules are not followed or enforced. We encountered problems with our water lines and had to leave and take our camper to the dealership. Cutting our stay 2nights short. I tried to explain to the manager our situation and see if we could possibly get those nights refunded under the circumstances. This is a great campground with great staff. We stayed 2 nights, we had only reserved 1 night, but my wife worked with staff to add a 2nd night due to illness. I did have to move the trailer over 1 site, but we were thrilled. My wife was thrilled with the laundry room even though the AC was not working. We were notified at check-in. We stayed here in a 5th wheel.

Water has rusty smell. Odor in washroom from nearby restroom. Hookups not on same side.

We always enjoy our stay there. The staff is very focused on keeping the park is clean and orderly. Every time we are there the place is just a little nicer than the previous stay.

Nice and quiet. But… I have never stayed anywhere where so many people cut through campsites. It was weird. And it seemed to mostly be the perma campers. Would stay again though.

I love how organized the process of check in and check out is, how simple it is to pull through and hook up, and I like that guests have to be checked in and have to leave by a certain time. I also love the app!

The only koa that's answered the phone traveling across the us. The man at the front desk was so helpful and was there until 8 pm. We stayed the 10th of June. I feel so bad not grabbing your name sir but I just want to thank you!!! We've been driving across the us for over a week and you were truly the only koa I could talk to by phone and we're so kind.
