Great location - easy in, easy out. Sites are decent size, level and long enough to park in-line. Trees provide nice shade, but don't interfere with movement, slides or awnings. Hookups are conveniently placed with sewer connection at ground level or just slightly below for great slope/drainage. Plenty of areas to walk the dog on top of the spacious dog park. Definitely on our return list!

we've been staying at Bismarck KOA for about the last 12-13 years. Has always been a great experience. But the last couple of years, the friendliness of the staff has fallen off. It used to be that the person who guided you to your site would get off the golf cart and guide you in. The Wifi was pretty much useless, took forever to get on ( if you were able to) and would drop off.

This campground is easy to find, clean & has lots of activities. The one negative is that the spaces are very close together. It would be much nicer if there were half the number of campers. Our motorhome is large and there was not much room around to cook on the grill, sit in a lawn chair or park our car.

The staff is very nice. The bathrooms are clean but very dated with shower heads not being able to be adjusted. Shower curtain fell in my stall and the one being used beside me while taking shower. Campstore was very clean and reasonably stocked. Overall ok, but updates and improvements need to be made. Cost seemed high for condition of the facilities.

The missing star is because of missing WiFi. Although my computer told me I was connected, it was never a stable connection, and about 70% of the time gone Eentirely. If WiFi is going to be advertised as an amenity, it would be prudent to make sure it's available all over the campground. We stayed in Site 26 - close enough that it should not have been an issue. Everything else was great!

Being set back along the busy hiway was a sad surprise arriving late after hours when nothing could be done to change it. No management on site at night is a detriment, the site next door had a small crew working on his trailer making a lot of noise upsetting my wife terribly. There should always be at least one attendant insuring the quality of visiting your establishment.

This is one of the best KOAs that we have camped in. It is beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped, with hedges between each site for privacy, friendly, and very reasonable. What a gem!

I think there should be a coffee vending machine some where. Perhaps in laundry room. Office not open until 9 need coffee before that.

Just did over night on our way to Custer State Park. Drive through spot very clean and level. Dog area in front of us made it easy with the pup. Did not need any of the bathrooms or amenities.

The only koa that's answered the phone traveling across the us. The man at the front desk was so helpful and was there until 8 pm. We stayed the 10th of June. I feel so bad not grabbing your name sir but I just want to thank you!!! We've been driving across the us for over a week and you were truly the only koa I could talk to by phone and we're so kind.
