Really nice KOA ... most sites have trees and great spacing between most sites. We had a friendly greeting, and the fellow that led us to our site was most helpful. I don't know why this is a "journey" ... it's nicer than some "holidays" that we've stayed at. We WILL return!

ND century code t23c12 states Smoking is prohibited within twenty feet [6.10 meters] of entrances, exits, operable windows, air intakes, and ventilation systems of enclosed areas in which smoking is prohibited. Theres a no smoking sign on the office building and one at the pool gate (right across from the office) and an employee smokes there EVERY DAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. This needs to be fixed.

Very pleased. Many amenities and sites have spacious distance. Very clean and manicured. Would recommend.

As KOA's go, this one was very nice! They had all the amenities we could ask for, and restrooms were clean and stocked. They got us booked next to our friends which was very nice, as well. Not sure if they could have changed the weather... but our neighbors were up late, and kept their light on far past our bedtime. (10pm) which was a bit annoying, and we weren't sure where to report it.

Made us feel unwelcome after issues getting an important package getting delivered. Had to go directly to Fedex because the front desk owner (Margaret) was less than pleasant.

We enjoyed our 1 nite stay at KOA Bismark. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, quiet. Had a good nite sleep. Looking forward to coming back too Bismark KOA again

We stayed here three nights. We like this park. It has been upgraded over the last couple of years. Very good customer service, easy in easy out and level spaces, and the laundry is well maintained. Everything you might need is in Bismark. We'll be back again.

It was great, nice space, quiet and shaded. We travel with an older dog and a Jack Russell puppy. They both enjoyed your K9 area. The pup had lots of fun on the agility platforms.

Beautiful sites lots of mature trees ..we got to see an awesome lightening show through the trees . Very friendly check in . Camped overnight in 45 ft class A towing a Ford Ranger . Did not need to unhook

Very nice campground, well kept.The laundry room was very clean with newer washer/dryers. My only complaint was the traffic noise from the main road which sits right next to the campground.

Campground is very nice but the wifi does not work well or sometimes, at all. Since the wifi is important to us I cant give a better rating.

Oh! My! Gosh! Something went wrong for a camper & their car alarm was going off at SIX AM! I understand that these things happen. However, it kept going off every two minutes for about a half-hour. I was seriously thinking there was a medical emergency or something going on. It was awful! While traveling the entire next day, it was not the way anyone wanted to start the day. Including them.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

IM SORRY TO HEAR THIS BUT IT WAS NOT ANY FAULT OF OUR CAMPGROUND. IF YOU HAD OF LET US KNOW WE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THEN HAPPY TO ADDRESS IT. THIS IS THE FIRST WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT IT.

We would give this campground a 5, if it weren't for the very bad WiFi. The sites are level and spaced nicely, with hedges between many of the sites. Also, this is one of very few KOAs that will pick up propane tanks, take them to be refilled, and bring them back to the site. Excellent customer service! Upgrade the WiFi, and you've got a 5 from us!

Great place to stay. Family get together including visits from friends. Really enjoyed the area. Could use dust control on the roads, aside from that was a nice place.

Nice place, needs handicapped showers and toilet stalls, we checked in late and had a hard time finding our spot, other than those issues the place was impressive

Tent camped there on 7/9/2023. Tent site was prefect for what I needed, very clean, lots of soft grass and well groomed. The shower and restroom facilities were extremely clean. All the paperwork was prefect as I booked online and arrived after hours.

This KoA is very nice. Cabin was very clean. Showers and restrooms are very clean. The cabin we stayed in had a very strong scented smell. I told KoA about it. I am sensitive to scents and that was too much.

Very nice RV park. Reasonably close to the I-94 but also handy to downtown Bismarck. Sites 44-49 (where we stayed) were nice, level, shaded patio sites, well away from Centennial Road, so no traffic noise. Sites A-K looked suitable for big rigs but were out in the open and adjacent to Centennial Road. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. We cycled into Bismarck. There is a good cycle route that starts just down the hill from the KOA gate and takes you all the way into central Bismarck.
