A neighbor was running his generator even though campground rules clearly state NO GENERATORS. I called the manager and no answer so left VM. No call back. Generator keeps running that night and the next morning early. Thanks for nothing KOA Bismarck. What could have been a nice quiet evening was ruined.

The bathrooms are well maintained and plenty of hot water, important to me. Campground is well kept and lots of lighting for these shorter days.

Beautiful campground in a great location to scenic/historic places in North Dakoda. One of our favorite KOAs by far! And, the staff were wonderful.

We loved our campsite under the trees, pull through, and the campground was very clean and we enjoyed walking around each evening. Although clean, the women's restroom smelled strongly like dirty diapers the 5 days we were there. Loved the convenience to shopping and sightseeing.

We usually tent camp, but due to impending bad weather during our drive from MT to MN we decided to look at other options that would take a pet. The cabin was great, good location and quite. Margaret was very helpful. My only comment is that it would have been helpful to have pet fees listed on the internet so I didn't have to call . Otherwise, this was a pleasant surprise

Nicely kept campground. Appreciated that fact that when we checked in they were mindful that the site we were assigned was difficult to level a big rig so asked if they could switch us. Truly appreciate the great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this KOA! It’s close to our family, but in addition it’s clean, safe and close to everything you could want to explore in Bismarck/ Mandan. the staff is always friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!

As always, our stay was great! We've stayed at Bismarck KOA many times over the years and consider it our home away from home! We did have a hiccup with the power, but the staff quickly took care of the problem and no further issues.

The only koa that's answered the phone traveling across the us. The man at the front desk was so helpful and was there until 8 pm. We stayed the 10th of June. I feel so bad not grabbing your name sir but I just want to thank you!!! We've been driving across the us for over a week and you were truly the only koa I could talk to by phone and we're so kind.
