Large parties need to better controlled. Neighbors were up late, had a large tv installed outside and were awful. One of the cabins. Dc2 I think

We've been staying at this KOA since 2015 and have never had a bad experience with the campground. Your staff is polite, the area is always clean, and the bathrooms are taken care of and clean. Our bad experience this visit was the horrible weather, which can't be controlled by KOA! Also, the traffic on the highway outside the campground is getting ridiculous. Area growth, not your fault!

Very friendly staff and clean park! The kids enjoyed renting the 4 wheeled bikes and the swimming pool. The laundry facility was super clean! Thank you for such a wonderful stop on our journey.

The only reason we stayed there because it’s supposedly had good Wi-Fi to catch up on emails. However, it was not up and running in our section of the park.

The site we got was not level. We had to use most of our blocking to get to an acceptable degree of level. Our neighbors ended up with both passenger side tires off the ground on their fifth wheel to get level. Water pressure was also high! Will have to think twice before staying here again. Positive was it was close to a lot of big box stores for re-provisioning.

Campground very nice.staff very helpful...we had a break down and the available RV tech had to get permission from the manager to work on our unit

Our site was perfect. Hedges on either side of the site provided privacy. The pool was a pleasant surprise on this 85 deg day. Washrooms/showers clean. Good customer service upon arrival. Highly recommend this KOA location.

The grounds and eminitees were excellently maintain and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Sites are pretty close to one another and there is a decent amount of road noise since it is on the outskirts of Bismark but it wasn't loud enough to hear in the camper. Our weekend stay was excellent, we will definitely be returning!

Easy on and off highway for overnight stays while traveling. Clean facilities Level gravel sites. Close to Walmart Superstore if you need to restock.

Very happy with our stay and our first time to stay at a KOA Campgrounds. Customer service was top notch!! Loved our pull thru site #26 and the fact that it was located close to Kamp K9 and the Laundry facilities. We enjoyed our stay immensely and if we are heading that far north again will stay again.

Beautiful KOA! Will stay again for sure! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Only negative is our site was a bit un level and Internet was painfully slow. Certainly nothing that can’t easily be corrected! Thank you for a great stay in Bismarck!

We did not feel safe. Pe Did not feel safe. Folks from other sites parked their trucks in our site and were sitting on the tailgates drinking beer.

We had a great stay. The site was very easy to use and the utilities were placed perfectly. The sites were shaded and the drive through were heavily graveled and solid.

The only koa that's answered the phone traveling across the us. The man at the front desk was so helpful and was there until 8 pm. We stayed the 10th of June. I feel so bad not grabbing your name sir but I just want to thank you!!! We've been driving across the us for over a week and you were truly the only koa I could talk to by phone and we're so kind.
