This was the third time I’ve stayed at the Bismark KOA. It’sa great fit for our times in North Dakota.

Very helpful staff! The park is clean and nicely organized. The location is very good with shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby.

Always 5 star service at the Bismarck KOA. We camp there many times in a summer and never have any problems. The staff are always friendly and accommodating with any requests we may have.

We were coming through town & stayed overnite. The campground was well kept & the office was very helpful. It made for a great stay.

Nice place, clean showers/restrooms, friendly staff, closer to gas stations, grocery stores and shopping. Will come back again in the future.

I arrived while there was snow and ice on the ground. There were 7 other options. 4 of Wich were level had NO snow or ICE. And I was placed in the last spot, on the end in the road. On the road Wich was completely iced over. The manager was never reachable. No one ever in office, the cellphone rang and went to voicemail or went directly to voicemail. If you got a reply it was a day later by text.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

first of all it is feb in ND to be able to have a full hook up site is odd thing. 2nd our office is closed you knew that with you made your reservation we had someone sand/salt the campground reg, your site was mid not end. others have reservation too. you never call me.i would have helped you,

I was real happy with the dog Park, I was positioned very close and my dog Finn really enjoyed going several times a day.

The manager was very accommodating and we had excellent communication with him before our arrival. The property is very well lit and very well maintained. We will be back!

We liked the wagon wheel stylized benches. Of course the rest rooms, laundry areas and campsites in general were clean and well groomed. The location is very convenient to shopping and yet wasn’t very noisy with traffic.

It was very convenient to stay at your KOA for our trip planning. The facilities were very clean and the cabin we stayed in was very comfortable.

Went to take a shower and there was no heat on it was absolutely freezing in there and then have a timer light so I'm in the middle of a shower and the lights went off was not very happy thank you

This KOA was the cleanest park I have ever been in. The bathrooms were very cleaned and well maintained. We did laundry be fore we left and the machines were in excellent shape and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly as well.

We have stayed in a camping cabin here many times. It's our go-to stop along the way on many of our trips. We feel "at home" here, even though it's usually a one-night stay. The cabins and washroom facilities are clean. The staff is friendly and were accommodating when we had to make changes to our plans. We like that it is quiet and easy to find.

They took us in with a last minute request, which we greatly appreciated. They also made sure we got a site that we easily pulled into with our large rig with a tow. Also, greatly appreciated!

Sad the only KOA in North Dakota, friendly staff and thanks for being open, many RV parks closed in northern US and Canada!

We frequently stay at this KOA. They are so accommodating, know us by name when booking, and make our stay as fun & comfortable as possible. We love Bismarck KOA! :D

We just needed a nice place to rest during a long road trip and this was the perfect place. It was clean and comfortable. Very easy late check in and early check out. Would 100% do this again.

Just a quick stop on our route. Staff was friendly. Pull through sites were large and easy to manage. We’re travelling through October, so the pool and other amenities were not available. However, for pet owners, the dog area had a little agility course which we thought was fabulous.

Staff stayed late to help with check in. Was able to upgrade reservation to a cabin as the wind was so intense tenting was not really an option. Was along day but as always, KOA family makes you feel welcome. Will absolutely stay there again.

Great experience! I had booked one of the small cabins. The air conditioner was very powerful, so I was able to keep the cabin quite cool. The staff at check in were very pleasant. There is also a little gift shop in the check in area. Like any KOA, make sure if booking a cabin to bring your own pillow/blankets. There was a little grill as well in case you want to cook something. Good location, away from the noise of the city. Would stay again for sure.
