Great place for a one night layover. Easy in and out with our 40 foot motorhome. 1880 town is worth stopping in for a short look. Laundry room needs updated.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful & relaxing. I wish we could've stayed alone longer but we wanted to get to Yosemite np before 7/1 & there's so much more to see. The owner was absolutely wonderful, friendly.

Outstanding facility. Welcoming staff, well kept, quiet, clean. Everything you want in a KOA. I'd rate this among the top 3 KOAs that I've ever stayed at. EZ in out for rigs of all sizes. Good hot water showers, super clean restrooms. Well stocked store. Great food from kitchen.

This was the quietest campground we stayed at on our trip out west. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room was clean, the prices were inexpensive, and the dryers worked! Pizza was hot and delicious and delivered right to our site. I would stay at this KOA again!!

We stayed in a cabin on our way to Kalispell from Chicago last summer and this spring. The site is conveniently located near Interstarte 90 in South Dakota about 170 east of Rushmore. They have a great store and restaurant that delivered our meals to our cabin. Very peaceful!

We LOVE Belvidere East KOA! They make the BEST Peach Smoothies ever. We have stayed there twice now in our cross country travels and will stay again! The people are great, the food they cook is good, although expensive, and the views are gorgeous. As with all KOA's, the price hikes are getting ridiculous and may price us out of staying at KOA's in the future.

We felt like we were staying in a hotel. All washer and dryers worked in a nice setting. Most friendly staff. We even felt like we had room service. They would deliver for free food and drinks from their kitchen on site. Of course we tipped! Food was good and no clean up. Especially great to have when this area has like no restaurants. Being close to highway really wasn’t that noticeable either

This was an unexpected stop. We'd planned to stop in Wall, South Dakota for the night but we were tired. We were able to get a last minute reservation and we're so grateful. We ordered a delicious salad from their restaurant which was delivered to our camper. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Way overpriced for the amenities. Facilities are way overdue for updates. Also was shocked when I was charged $10.00 for a bag of ice. I always try and give the KOA parks I stay in business but $10.00 for a bag of ice!

Sorry for you disappointment with our ice pricing. I have stated this to our ice delivery company as well for their new pricing and informed them we will not be selling their product after this shipment and will be finding cheaper product for our customers.

Disappointed because of no sewer. However, the Philly Cheese steak, pizza and salad were delivered to our Motor Home and was hot and really good. Good people here.

This was our first KOA stay ever. We didn't really know what to expect, but we really enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was courteous and helpful and the site was exactly what we needed. My wife had fun photographing the local wildlife and I enjoyed talking to the staff about their unique golf cart collection. The cafe delivery to our site was a completely unexpected bonus.

I guess you can say this is a ok place for a overnight stay, it would have been nice if the store opened before 10:00.

Great people here. Nice cage too. Delicious pizza delivered! All facilities are nice. Lots of hot water for showers and good water pressure. Would definitely recommend. Wi-Fi works great too.

Smelled of sewage Bathrooms need updating We were the only unit w no a/c and was placed where there was no shade, at 88 degrees and brilliant sunshine.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you had informed the staff during your stay of your issue with your Air Conditioner we would have tried to provide a site with some available shade. We are located in the Grasslands and trees have a hard time prospering in this location.

The owners and their staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The food service is a plus. Had the baked spaghetti chicken parmesan and also the meatballs and garlic bread were very good.

We were here almost exactly a year ago and came back on our way home because this is a GREAT. Campground. We got a wonderful site #1 view a good view of the lake. Wonderful sunset. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. The showers were updated and very clean. This is a big campground in terms of grounds and everything mowed up, trimmed up. We got propane, ice and FOOD. not just pizza. I got brats and potato salad, my cousin got baked spaghetti. Delicious! Prices very reasonable. As was our campsite. This is a wonderful stop.
