it wasnt a pleasent stay requested and called and check to make sure it was handi kap accesable was assured it was upon arrival i checked again given the thumbs up well guess no way to get in cabin was told had no lumber to billed ramp what a mess fell got hurt bad bathroom could not be used by me ill never stay again at a koa camp ground

I would never stay here again , we reserved a cabin for my father handicap accessible and called 3 times to verify his cabin was handicapped accessible and yet upon arrival after driving 14 hrs there was no ramp to get into cabin and bathrooms for men you can not get a chair or scooter into , the first night my father fell off the cabin porch trying to get out to use the restroom.

This was our fifth year staying with your campground and as always was so fabulous! We all love it there! Look forward to August every year so we can do it again. thank you for such a wonderful place to come with family to play and relax!!!

We stayed in the Rv rental. Overall comfortable but the couches in living room that convert to beds are in need of repair. The mattresses are uneven and the one is bent and couldn’t not be made into a bed .

I was a little disappointed after 8 pm check in that at 11 we lost electricity in our cabin. No heat, no lights, no alarm to wake to. Was not fixable in the am. Everytime I opened door for light, the smoke alarm would go off. I was offered to charge my phone in community room. A little disappointed. Then 3 dogs in cabin next to me howled all am and thru the day

This was my first time staying at a KOA, and probably my last. Not enough space allowed to fully explain things. Negatives- don't listen to your accommodation needs, not ADA friendly, dirty cabins- my feet were black from the floor, kids were afraid of the spiders. Seemed overpriced to me. Positives -train rides for the kids, park/ play area for the kids, pool area, nice walking areas.

It would be helpful to have a note posted on the water spigots near each cabin or campsite saying whether the water from the spigot is potable. I assumed that it was. But it would be good to kn ow for sure.

My family and I are traveling from Vancouver Canada to San Francisco. We stayed in a cabin. The cabin was OK. The bathroom was disgusting. No hand soap or paper towels are present. I have stayed in the number of KOAs on the way and by far this was the worst one.

We were traveling and needed a place to stop for the night. They set us up in the perfect spot and we had all the amenities very kind and knowledgeable friendly staff. I highly recommend.
