We only stayed one night but we arrived in the afternoon and had a full day of fishing, swimming, and hitting golf balls on the driving range. Everyone was friendly and our site was clean. The whole campground was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful park. Extremely well kept with large level sites, lots of grass, nice bath house and very quiet. Staff was very efficient and friendly as well. Love this place.

We’ve stayed at many KOAs and this is one of the finest out there. It is well maintained, clean, peaceful, friendly, and fun! Tammy was super friendly and helpful and gives this KOA a small family-like feel. Highly recommend! Well done!

I’ve stayed at many KOA’s over the past years. The friendliness, cleanliness and just all round nice atmosphere and entities of this one far out weights all the rest. I totally enjoyed my stay and will keep this place in mind for future travels. Well done!! �ϋ�

We were pleasantly surprised with the Baileyton KOA! We enjoyed all the activities at the campground and will definitely return. The only reason I would give 4 stars is there seemed to be several permanent sites and some were a little junked up on the outside creating an eyesore if you are staying near them. The campground as a whole was a great experience! Lots of updates and more in the works!

Good location far enough from the interstate that there is no traffic noise, yet close enough for easy access with little traffic to contend with. For us it was a great one night stop on a trip north.

Clean and well kept place. Love the cabins. A/C worked great in this cabin, pool area clean and fun, lots of places to relax. The WIFI is not the best....we had planned on working a little while there but with very SLOW internet service....there was no way, other than that issue...it was a great "short trip" and we would stay again.

Good campground with level sites. Friendly staff and lots of activities on the park grounds. We did not use the bath house or laundry, but we did enjoy a perfectly baked pizza. We visited in our 33 foot motorhome, plus toad.

We love going to the koa in baileyton. We take our grandkids and the have a great time. Sunny or rainy they always have some activity planned for the kids to do. The food they serve was great. They treat you just like family and always go that extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and having fun . I love to go the store and look around so many nice things. The restrooms are always clean

We only stayed one night, park is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. Easy pull through site, level enough we did not have to unhook. We would stay here again and would recommend this KOA to anyone.

Great place wonderful people. Seems like every time we come back there is something new and improved that they’re doing to the campground. They’re doing a great job keeping it up-to-date and family friendly.

Awesome check in. Loved the advance text about which entrance to use. Check in was fast and efficient. Site was long enough for us in a 38 ft Class A towing Jeep Grand Cherokee to not have to unhook. We only used power for a one night stay. Had pizza, wings, and ice cream from the cafe/office for dinner (thanks!!). Lots of work and amenities here for families with kids. Pretty quiet at night.

I love the campground and all the activities that you offer . The only thing that I know would improve the campground is payment to help with the dust that gets on campers and vehicles. I know this is an expensive project, but it would definitely be worthwhile. The staff there is excellent! The cleanliness is also excellent. Thank you .

The campground was well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of grassy areas to walk your dog. Overall very pleasant stay!

Excellent views, super quiet, and looks brand new. The dog park being at the top of a hill with no path and tall grass to walk through seemed weird. Then the park itself was tiny compared to the spot of land it sat on, not sure why they didn't use more of the available space.

The people at the Baileyton KOA are so nice and accommodating. It’s probably one of the most quiet campgrounds we’ve been to considering its proximity to the highway. The highway noise is fairly faint. This is our third time staying here as a stopover, but we’ve had the opportunity to explore Greeneville and the historic Johnson site.

Not Camping !!! But, it is a Very Nice Place. Stays pretty full / busy . Has lots of Amenties Pool, Fishing Pond , lots of Kids Stuff . Very Nice Store. They have The Best Hand dipped Ice Cream . That's what I was doing. Getting Ice Cream. I would recommend it highly .

Not sure why people are going to Baileyton TN. If you are looking for a nice campground with lots of activities for kids this place was an awesome overnight for us.
