At Exit 36 off Interstate 81, follow the signs (9 of them) – take Local Route 172 north 7/10 of a mile (past 2 truck stops, 2 dollar stores and another RV park) to flashing light / 4-way stop (Horton Highway). Turn right at Horton Highway, go 1.1 mile. Park entrance is on the left past the Log Cabin.

Baileyton KOA has planned and themed activities on the weekends. These planned activities include children's crafts, ice cream socials, movie nights, field games and more! Themed weekends include Christmas in July, Carnival , Halloween / Trick or Treating, Chocolate, Luau Party, First Responders appreciation and more! We have wagon rides on most Saturday's. Our wet wagon rides are fun in the summer - bring along your squirt guns. Be careful, everyone can get wet!

Come fish in any of our 3 ponds. You do not need a license. The ponds are stocked with bass, bluegill, catfish and carp.

Looking for some gems? We offer many types of mining rough to discover all types of gems and fossils. The mining sluice is open all day for our campers convenience.
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at driving golf balls. This is the place for you. We have a 300 yard driving range for you. You can purchase a bucket of balls and borrow some clubs . Come and swing away.

Play the ultimate water balloon game! How you play: opponents go to opposing stations with buckets of water balloons. Each station has a water balloon launcher. Place a balloon in the launcher, pull down on the handle, aim, and fire! Your balloon soars high through the air and comes crashing down on your opponent's station. There are strategically placed slots and holes in the structure that allow the water to come through. You might get sprinkled, sprayed, or saturated. But watch out…retaliation comes quickly!!!
The object of the game is to hit the ball at or below opponents' knees to eliminate them from the pit. The last one left in the GaGa Ball pit is the winner. Then, a new game starts all over and everyone jumps back in!
