Cancellation Deadlines per KOA Corporate:

• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  
• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
  

Cancellation Details:

• Reservations made within the cancellation deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. 
  

Our store and office check-in/out area is open from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. every day (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas) for your convenience.

Our Cabin/Lodges accommodate up to 6 people.  There is a MAXIMUM of 4 ADULTS allowed in each cabin.     
We do not charge for guests visiting at your cabin during the day however, visitors staying over night must be registered as paying guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 total, including your guests. Visitors must have a visitor's pass/car tag visible in their vehicle.

A copy of the registered guest's Driver's License or Picture ID is required at check-in including the year/make/model of vehicle(s) and license plate number.

Our Cabins/Lodges are NON-smoking and Pet-Free facilities. A $250.00 (+) damage/violation fee(s), per incident, will be charged to your card on file including any missing/damaged inventory (furniture, linens, dishes, etc.)

Our housekeeping staff works to keep our restrooms clean, clean, clean. Help them out by letting the office staff know if a restroom needs attention. Dish washing is prohibited in the restrooms for sanitary reasons. Laundry machines use credit cards or debit cards only. Restrooms and laundry facilities are open 24 hours.

For the safety of our guests and campground electrical system, charging electric vehicles (EVs) from RV site pedestals is strictly prohibited. This applies to all registered guests and anyone in their party. Guests found charging an electric vehicle at an RV site pedestal may be asked to discontinue their stay and leave the campground.

Austin East KOA Holiday provides one designated RV site for EV charging for registered campground guests. The designated charging site is available seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., subject to availability.

Guests who need to charge an electric vehicle must contact the campground office in advance to arrange access to the designated charging site. Campground staff will record the electric meter reading before charging begins. Once charging is complete, the electricity used will be calculated based on the meter reading, and the guest will be charged for the actual electrical usage.

Please do not plug an electric vehicle into any RV site pedestal without authorization from campground staff.

Austin East KOA Holiday is a family-friendly campground and RV park near Austin, TX, located less than 10 miles from downtown Austin and conveniently situated for exploring local attractions, attending events, and enjoying day trips throughout Central Texas.

Choose from full-hookup RV sites with water, sewer, and reliable 30/50-amp service, comfortable Deluxe Cabin rentals, and tent camping sites. Open year-round, our campground offers plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including a seasonal swimming pool, clean restrooms, hot showers, 24-hour digital laundry facilities, a well-stocked Kamp Store, 5G Wi-Fi, an on-site propane fill station, convenient firewood and ice delivery and more! Traveling with your four-legged companion? We are a pet-friendly campground featuring a spacious, fenced KampK9 dog park and a convenient dog wash station.

Please keep your site clean and orderly. Secured trash bags left at the end of your site between the hours of 10:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m. will be picked up by guest services. Please DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUT OVERNIGHT. The critters might get it! Guests are encouraged to deposit bagged trash in the dumpster near the entrance at all other times.

• Check-in for RV and Tent sites is 3:00 p.m.
  
• Check-out for all sites is 11:00 a.m.
  
• Late check-outs must be requested and paid for in the office before 10:30 a.m. and are granted on a space available basis
  
• Early check-in and late check-outs for Deluxe Cabins are NOT allowed.
  

Firewood and ice are available for purchase and can be delivered to your site during regular business hours. Outside firewood is NOT allowed to be brought into the park in order to protect our trees. Please contact the Front Desk or one of our guest service representatives for delivery.

Our site are very spacious but you may be an early riser,and your neighbor may be a night owl. Let's all agree to keep it quiet between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Electric golf carts are allowed on property with a valid proof of insurance. Proof of insurance must be presented at the time of check-in. Only licensed and insured drivers 18 yrs or older may use the golf cart while on the campground.

Open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.

Our well-stocked Kamp Store has everything you need to make your stay a little easier. Start your morning at our self-service coffee and tea bar, or pick up grab-and-go breakfast items, snacks, drinks, and grocery essentials.  Forgot your toothbrush, shampoo, or another travel necessity? We've got you covered! You'll also find a great selection of RV supplies and camping essentials to help keep your trip running smoothly.

Before you head home, browse our selection of Austin and Texas souvenirs and take home a little something to remember your stay!

Posted speed limits are for the protection of our campers, their children and their pets. Please observe the 5 MPH maximum speed limit.

Our spacious clubhouse is the perfect place to relax, gather with friends, or catch the big game on our large-screen TVs. Indoor tables and chairs provide plenty of comfortable seating, with additional seating available on the outdoor patio. Enjoy board games, cards, dominoes, cornhole, or find your next great read in our lending library.  Step outside onto the spacious patio, unwind, and take in a beautiful Texas sunset.

The Clubhouse is available for use by all registered guests and is open 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. daily.

We love pets at Austin East KOA! We do have a 2 pet maximum. Please follow these basic courtesies during your stay:
- Keep your pet on a six foot leash or shorter and quiet at all times.
- Do not leave them unattended and ALWAYS clean up after them.
- Do not walk your pets on or behind other guest sites.
- Pets are not allowed in KOA buildings, the swimming pool area or the playground.
- Aggressive and nuisance pets will be asked to leave the campground.
-The ONLY off-leash area in the campground is the KampK9 fenced dog park.

The swimming pool is open March 1st through October 31st (sometimes later depending on Fall temperatures). Please note, there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Children under the age of 16 may not swim without an adult in attendance and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m until DUSK.

I have lived in Austin all my life and I love my city. My grandfather bought the land that is now Austin East KOA a while back so he could plant a garden to feed some of his more unfortunate neighbors. When I was a child he taught me about outdoor living and the history of the area. I have many great memories of the time we spent together. So when the property was handed down to me I could think of no better way to honor him than to build a place where families could make their own special memories.Whether you are just passing through or planning a visit to our great city, I look forward to sharing stories of my grandfather with you soon!
