Great campground. One suggestion for late arrivals is write out detailed directions to the campsite. The Salina KOA had it all written on an envelope and it was very helpful because it is so dark and disorienting at 2am. Great stay though. Thanks.

The lady at the desk was AMAZING! Stayed over and helped me get parked. We were just passing thru, dusty gravel probably keeps bigger rigs away, but it was spacious to get in and out with ample power! Thanks

We had an issue with our slide in not working, delaying our travels. It was a Sunday and RV repair shops were closed. Thanks to Melissa at KOA, she was able to give us names and numbers to someone who got us back on the road later in the day.

Absolutely loved it! Very quiet. The grandkids had a great time as well. We will definitely be returning! Staff were very helpful.

Nicely operated KOA. We were only there overnight so can't say much about the areas " things to do". Although near the freeway the sounds were limited and not intrusive. Overall a nice KOA to spend the night.

The staff was pretty great over all although we weren't put in the spot we were told we'd go in when we made reservations. The restroom/showers were below average with little space to get dressed after showering. Water was tepid. Campsites were average. Facilities for kids were outstanding. Kind of a mixed bag. Certainly not the nicest KOA we've stayed in but it was ok.

We are so sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your stay with us. Sometimes changes have to b made to reservations. We have a tankless hot water heater in the bathhouse, I don't know why your water wasn't hot, that situation will be investigated. I'm glad the kids enjoyed themselves.

Mostly peaceful, nice location. Could use some maintenance on grass cutting and trimming. Lots for kids to do.

The staff was fantastic, from Melissa confirming my reservation, to check in with Mitsy on a rainy day, to departure and checkout a month later. I’d definitely stay again and hopefully have the same staff members in place.

Overnight stay while traveling. Site was a pull thru. Had plenty of room for our 42 ft 5th wheel and truck. Check -in was easy and staff friendly. Nice fenced in dog area. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay again if traveling. Thank you!

Fantastic staff in Melissa. Very helpful. and warm welcome. Nice pool but there is a need for fresh paint and some yard work if it’s under the KOA name.

Nice, clean park.we did not use the facilities as it was just an overnight stay. Only thing is we would have liked to enjoy more shade trees. It was very hot during our stay.

This is a nice little campground. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The pool could use a bit of TLC. The bathrooms are clean, but I couldn't get any of the toilet doors to latch in the men's room. It's very convenient to the highway and the surrounding hills are beautiful.

Can't say enough good things about the dedicated & nice people @ this KOA. The were extremely helpful & went above & beyond getting us in & out of their campground. We arrived just before the 2nd of the 3 snowstorm cluster & left just before the 3rd storm in 2024. Thanks so much for all your gracious & kind help.

I can't say enough good things about the Ashland/Huntington KOA. After spending the holidays in New England with family, we and our friends headed south and traveled into approaching bad weather, we made last minute reservations to get our 2 motorhomes off the road before an unusual Kentucky snowstorm. The Ashland /Huntington KOA manager called to find out our arrival time, assured us our sites would be cleared and staff would be ready to assist us. After 2 snowbound days the sun came out as did the sand, salt and shovels. Dave helped clear all our wheels and got us on the road again. The kind and generous support of the manager and staff of the Ashland KOA was beyond any expectation and we are deeply appreciative. It was beautiful in Ashland in the winter and I'm sure it is just as beautiful in every way the rest of the year too. Thanks and blessings to everyone at Ashland KOA ❤️

Perfect place to stay on our road trip. We preferred it to a hotel room. Highly recommend the cabins. They were cozy and spotless.
