Recent rain. Roads in campground muddy resulting in heavy mud build up in rv undercarriage. RV pad was dead grass and mud at steps (rv door entrance) Camp host prohibited us from using a plastic rv mat at our doorway. I explained that we didn't want to track mud into our new rv and our dogs had to lay in mud at base of our steps. This Camp ground not worthy of KOA. I have photos.

The campground was clean and easy to get in and out. Staff were very nice. But…wear your earplugs - military jets taking off on one side and trains passing on the other side - day and night! Didn’t get much sleep! Likely won’t visit again

We have stayed here a few times and we highly recommend it. Everything is very clean and the hosts are very nice. It’s just a couple mile jaunt off the freeway but well worth it.

Just take the WiFi off of what you offer or upgrade it. I won’t recommend this site. Staff told me to call the WiFi service � Don’t dare call them for me because that would be called a service you offer.

The Check-In is quick with cheerful, professional employees ready to assist. This KOA has to be one of my favorites next to a casino where you can play and eat just by walking across the parking lot. If its the season, and right timing, you can watch the training-riding on the race track also next door. This place is clean, quiet and restful. I always enjoy my stays here.

Strong WiFi, clean and well managed KOA, with friendly and helpful staff. However, situated between an airport and the RR makes for a noisy time. Will return next week.

Came in and our original assigned spot had a puddle right where our door would be, I let the girls at the front know and they moved us over no issues! Nice and accommodating

Easy access and friendly/helpful staff. Definitely a lot of train noise throughout the night. Would stay again. (Lower marks due to trains; staff would receive top marks).

This is a well maintained park a few minutes off the freeway with two dog areas and an extremely helpful and nice staff.

The camp hosts were really nice people. Everything was clean and the site was nice and level. The dog park was really clean. it looked like the gravel had been raked. There was allot of green space to walk the pups and they really enjoyed all the sniffing. We'll come back again. We had a site in New Mexico with a "Paw Pen" that would be a great addition.

Friendly staff. Escorted us to our site. Good safe place for the night. Negative was noise. Planes and trains all night.

Very basic “rustic” & close to Highway with loud train horns at 2am - 3am. Check shoes for goat head prickers. Found a close by attraction in Amarillo, Slug Bug Ranch - famous roadside art installation

It’s Amarillo, so think wide open spaces and a lot of wind. This park is clean and friendly, with an excellent gift shop. It’s easy to pull in and out and has great amenities. We like hearing the trains going by, it’s not too loud, and it’s a train! This is our regular Amarillo stop.

Very loud location, train cross near by at every 30 minutes day and night, USA air plain training fly over its very loud. don't try to check in early they will charge $10 even if you are 20 minutes early that was happened with us! It's good for short stop because is close of !-40.

No fault of the KOA which was well kept and pleasant staff, unable to sleep due to constant trains and whistles ALL NIGHT. Even ear plugs wouldn’t help.

This town has a lot of things to do!!!!!! We didn’t really have a whole lot of time to explore the campground but Amarillo is the place to be!

The gentleman that made us around 8 o’clock and we got in was very nice very helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and warm unfortunately we weren’t able to stay longer than our head out the next morning, but it was a pretty decent experience in the short time we were there.

Super friendly staff! I arrived right be fore closing and was hungry. The kind lady in the office was the best and recommended a pizza place that delivered right to the site.
