We had a nice level site and the staff was helpful. We would have liked the office to be open a little longer, however we've stayed here previously and always enjoyed the campground.

We spent one night on the way to visit our grandchildren at the Amarillo KOA. We enjoyed the stay. The bathrooms were clean and all of the utilities worked. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a good stay. It was quiet and there was a food truck available. We ordered and enjoyed delicious sandwiches for dinner that night.

Great employees are helpful and friendly. Good place to stay for a day or two. The roads need grading. After a rain there are mud holes everywhere. Flat sites for easy leveling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that either you have the noise of a train whistle all night long or the sound of jets taking off and landing at the local airport.

Nice staff. An employee led us to our campground. Facilities were clean and nice. I would stay here again. The food truck was awesome and the camp store had beer and a small but decent wine selection.

Fantastic staff, and a food truck that is fantastic. We stayed at this location because it fit our time table on the way to a family event, we stayed on the way back because we wanted to. The staff was very helpful, and personable. The fact that this location was staffed by all female team members was great for our daughter to see as well! Great experience all around!

Horrible. Poor narrow roads to campground. Very poor or no signage. Located between railroad tracks and airport. Planes flying until 10:30 PM. Fell asleep at 11. Wasn’t woken up at 4AM by train. 11 trains passed by 5:30!! Whole campground is in a low lying area and muddy. Trailer spaces uneven and flooded. No drainage evident. Sewer hookup had a Pepsi bottle down inside it. NOT USEABLE! Etc.

Whew! we did get a "gully washer", hardly much we can do in these parts of the plains. We were all on standby if any services were not working, as the park was full!

Stayed here on the eastbound leg of my road trip and stayed again westbound. Real nice KOA. Clean facilities and neat spaces. Staff was a great as the previous stay. Food truck sandwich was great and filling. Saved having to cook! Would stay here again and spend time visiting local attractions.

We had stayed here a long time ago so we thought we would come back since we were going to be in the area. The campground is kind of run down. Just a little disappointing for a KOA. They are a little more expensive and you just feel they should not look so run down. The one highlight of our stay was the food truck. He was amazing!

Dog parks and the grounds in general were immaculate. Only issue was a large, loose shepard-like dog that appeared in the early hours when I was walking my dogs. He approached us but we quickly left and got in our RV.

Night staff gentleman was amazing. He helped us into our spot with ease (almost 10pm). Camp spots had space. Restroom and showers were very clean. Amarillo KOA was close to all activities we had planned to see.

The staff was very friendly and showed enthusiasm upon my arrival. It made me feel like they really wanted my business! The restrooms and showers were pristine and very appreciated. The laundry room was just as clean and tidy. I would very enthusiastically recommend this campsite.

The manager is overbearingly restrictive, and pretty much ruined our experience! We have stayed at dozens of KOA‘s and have never been treated as poorly, not even anywhere close to this. They will find out the hard way that greed and being overbearing will kill their business. I was so upset. I looked up their reviews and found that I’m not the only person who has been treated poorly!

It does upset guests when we always try to be professional & uphold basic, common park rules for the safety, comfort and fairness for all guests. Your 2 Speeding warnings through the busy park and the late check out times & fees are usually never a pleasant experience, by both parties.

This is the worst rating I have given any KOA. We spend thousands of dollars a year on KOA and this experience makes me question that decision. The staff rushed us at check in and then rushed us at check out with threats of charging us more money every 15min we were late. This included voicemail and driving over to our site. We weren’t late checking out but we will NEVER be back.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They were able to find out how to let me use a KOA gift card for my stay I had already paid for when I reserved my site online. We stay at this KOA anytime we travel to California to visit relatives.
