The campground was clean and comfortable. Cabin 8 by the pool was very comfortable and close to the bathrooms which were also clean! Our stay late on Memorial Day was very relaxing. Hosts were very friendly!

$40 pet fee is ridiculous. Kids make more of a mess than my dogs. Back window of RUSTIC cabin broken, no WiFi, and tv reception was awful. Asked to talk to manager and exchange student at front desk either never told someone or manager chose to ignore me. Will never stay at this KOA again.

Really REALLY nice manager who provided exemplary customer service! So sweet and attentive. I stayed in the cabin and it was delightful. Wish I could have stayed longer - the cabin is lovely. And they have a food truck which was a very nice surprise. I will always stay at the KOA when I travel through the area.

The people at the front desk are lovely! This is the stinkiest place ever, the pool is disgusting ��� and I was next to it. The TV/internet didn't work, mattress was hard as a rock, then the planes, trains and automobiles all night long really disrupt sleep ��

We visited often about your pets off leash, but no mention of these fixable issues. Always let us know, as we have options to remedy most issues!

Our stay was very comfortable. Only mishap was the bathrooms flooded in the front. Thankfully there was another bathroom not too far from our site. Other than that, everyone was super friendly and helpful. This location is also quiet and peaceful.

This was our second stay at this location and will definitely be back. We love the staff (the two girls) there , they've always been so kind to my kids. Can't wait to visit again when in Amarillo.

Beautiful KOA, easy access from I 40. The cabin was cozy and clean. Got a good night sleep after a 10 hour drive. The bathrooms were clean and water was warm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again.

Facilities were great, but the staff was not. We stayed twice on our way to Taos and on our way back. Staff on the way to Taos was rude. The staff on the way home from Taos was disrespectful. Understaffed and closed at 4pm that day. We arrived at 1:30pm and were notified that my family, who had been in a car for 6 hours could not be on the property until 3pm, even the playground!

Checkin times for cabins are at 3 p.m. and we communicate very clearly in booking. We need to be fair and consistent to all park guests and staff. We offered nearby resources and understand your frustration about not being able to check in early.

we love your camp ground... but wish the kids could play on the playgroud while we wait... after a long drive that was all that was needed... and the grounds declined our use... very disappointing. also in our stay on the 30th, there was no toilet paper in the expensive cabin

Facilities were nice and clean. The kids loved the playground. Check in and out were super easy. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely stay again when passing through.

Nice cabin but it's in a very busy spot and has limited parking though we were able to park our 21' van. If you vehicle doesn't fit you have to park pretty far away. There are a lot of lights both inside and outside and that was frustrating but the bed was very comfortable and the cabin was clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and at the end of our trip

The only problem I had was keeping heat in the cabin. It stopped working on my first night and last night, I was able to get it going the first time it happened but not the second. The AC unit was displaying “LO” when it was out. I tried everything I could think on by changing settings but nothing worked, Fortunately, I brought a small electric heater so I was able to keep the cabin warm.

Really liked the facility and how close it was to town. Restaurants and activities are close. Also liked the spacing of the Cabins, we were not on top of each other. There was ample room in the cabins to move around.

Worst experience of our entire KOA history. They canceled our reservation without verifying it was us. When we arrived they had to reinstate it. Got to our cabin, and it was filthy and we asked to leave and get a refund which is in the hour time frame that is a policy of KOA. They lied and said the next day it did not qualify. Totally discriminated against us as a gay couple. No call from owner.
