A welcome quick stop after many hours on the road. Quick & easy off the highway. Nice welcome center & we were guided straight to our site. Grounds, bathrooms & laundry were spotless. Thank you!

Facilities were great, but the staff was not. We stayed twice on our way to Taos and on our way back. Staff on the way to Taos was rude. The staff on the way home from Taos was disrespectful. Understaffed and closed at 4pm that day. We arrived at 1:30pm and were notified that my family, who had been in a car for 6 hours could not be on the property until 3pm, even the playground!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Checkin times for cabins are at 3 p.m. and we communicate very clearly in booking. We need to be fair and consistent to all park guests and staff. We offered nearby resources and understand your frustration about not being able to check in early.

we love your camp ground... but wish the kids could play on the playgroud while we wait... after a long drive that was all that was needed... and the grounds declined our use... very disappointing. also in our stay on the 30th, there was no toilet paper in the expensive cabin

Where we stayed for $69.00 a night was so small, our neighbors picnic table was on top of our sewer. We could NOT use our picnic table because it was in terrible condition. If it was me, I’d have a big bonfire and burn every table in the place. I am so so regretting buying the year membership. I want my money REFUNDED!!!

Facilities were nice and clean. The kids loved the playground. Check in and out were super easy. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely stay again when passing through.

I just wanted you to know that your KOA was awesome it is one of the most well kept KOA we have stayed at. Good playground for the kiddos and our dogs enjoyed the kamp k9 as well it was cleaned and very well maintained daily. Your guys do a great job

Nice cabin but it's in a very busy spot and has limited parking though we were able to park our 21' van. If you vehicle doesn't fit you have to park pretty far away. There are a lot of lights both inside and outside and that was frustrating but the bed was very comfortable and the cabin was clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and at the end of our trip

My stay was cold, no fault of the campground, The area was not green but it was well kept. The bathrooms and showers were very nicely kept. The staff was very nice.

We stopped here for 2 nights while traveling from California to Missouri. It’s exactly what you’d expect of a KOA. Attentive staff, organized spots, and clean bathrooms.

The only problem I had was keeping heat in the cabin. It stopped working on my first night and last night, I was able to get it going the first time it happened but not the second. The AC unit was displaying “LO” when it was out. I tried everything I could think on by changing settings but nothing worked, Fortunately, I brought a small electric heater so I was able to keep the cabin warm.

Very clean and bright. Little things make this extra appealing. New pretty shower curtains in a spotless restroom, colorful bright outdoor decor and lighting, very clean and attractively arranged office store.

Recent rain. Roads in campground muddy resulting in heavy mud build up in rv undercarriage. RV pad was dead grass and mud at steps (rv door entrance) Camp host prohibited us from using a plastic rv mat at our doorway. I explained that we didn't want to track mud into our new rv and our dogs had to lay in mud at base of our steps. This Camp ground not worthy of KOA. I have photos.

The campground was clean and easy to get in and out. Staff were very nice. But…wear your earplugs - military jets taking off on one side and trains passing on the other side - day and night! Didn’t get much sleep! Likely won’t visit again

We have stayed here a few times and we highly recommend it. Everything is very clean and the hosts are very nice. It’s just a couple mile jaunt off the freeway but well worth it.

Just take the WiFi off of what you offer or upgrade it. I won’t recommend this site. Staff told me to call the WiFi service � Don’t dare call them for me because that would be called a service you offer.
