The staff was very courteous upon arrival and during check in. We stay here every time we are passing through Amarillo. It did seem to have more train traffic than normal or at least we heard them this time.

THE CAMPGROUND WAS VERY WELL KEPT. TWO DOG PARKS WHICH WERE GREAT FOR US. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KOA AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

We started our journey out at this KOA and ended our journey at this KOA. We have stayed here several times when traveling. The staff and the campground are like a home away from home for us and we always meet some very friendly people.

The people were very friendly, but the road to get there is horrible. It's paved, but it has washboards, like they just put pavement on top of an old washboard road.

Clean simple park on the high plains. We’ve stayed there multiple times. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great dog park. Yes it is by the airport but no flights after 10pm. Freight trains in the distance adds to its charm. We will be back.

We stayed three nights here. The staff were great and professional. The facilities were very clean. They had a food truck on the premises operating at breakfast and dinner times. We had a wonderful experience here.

Very friendly staff. Clean sites and facilities. Bonus to have a food truck on site. Quiet! Just far enough off I-40 to be away from highway noise.

Super staff, greeting and the personalized attention to detail was awesome. The park was absolutely in outstanding condition, very clean included restrooms and showers! The park was the #1 best KOA camps we've visited. Great team and great job, we will 100% for sure visit this park every-time we head that way out of town. Thank you for helping us out with the recommendation for the RV repair!

Staff was not friendly, accommodating or welcoming. We stopped during a cross country PCS with 3 kids. We got reprimanded for playing on the playground while we waited for my husband to arrive after blowing a tire on the camper. I had already paid for my site. I will be as quick to book at a KOA in the future due to this experience.

This was an overnight stay on our way home from California and also so we could visit White Sands National Park. This campground had very nice level sites, was clean and nicely laid out. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

Called at the last minute due to a snow storm and they were wonderful. Loved the atmosphere. From the minute you drive up you know this camp ground that is lively and fun. Loved all the animation throughout the park. Thank you, again for putting us up. Super clean. Saw a bunny family (5 bunnies) by the pool area. The dogs missed it but loved watching them play. Thank you for the great stay

Great staff, and a surprisingly nice campground; right up to par with KOA's standards. A Buck-ees close by with insanely good diesel prices.

This was our annual summer vacation spot this year with our friends. It was a nice place to stay, but they have changed their policies a bit since we last stayed at a KOA. We were required to pay the full amount upon initiating the reservation instead of a deposit for our cabin. We decided on a cabin that did not have a refrigerator or running water to save funds. We used a community bathroom. It did have air conditioning, which was a priority with the heat. My family would stay here again.
