Excellent level site. Site was dry even though the area had multi puddles. Bathroom was clean and well-lit and near the site. Plan on using the Camping site again when in the area.

The Amarillo KOA is a lovely campground. The staff was extremely helpful, and the campground itself was very clean. I was concerned about the airport noise but it was not a big deal at all. We stayed on our way to Utah, and again on our way back home. The trip back home we had a late arrival, and they had turned on a heater in the little cabin so it was warm for us. We will be back. Thank you!

The sites are a little close, but worked just fine. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The campground is lovely. Every day staff members were mowing and cleaning. The decorations were wonderful and it was obvious that the owners take pride in the campground. If you are in the area do not hesitate to stay here!

The noise from the train was so disruptive. Came through at all hours. But we did enjoy the staff and that we could get a ride to the Big Texan so we didn’t have to unhook.

The staff was so friendly and nice as soon as we pulled in and the campground itself was clean even the bathrooms which can be pretty hit or miss. The next time we’re in Amarillo we’ll definitely stay again!

As a stopover on our way west, the KOA was great. Restrooms and showers were sparkling clean. Easy location on and off the highway. In spite of the no mail policy, the staff generously accepted the package I ordered for my dog. Also, this campground is very dog-friendly.

The staff was very courteous upon arrival and during check in. We stay here every time we are passing through Amarillo. It did seem to have more train traffic than normal or at least we heard them this time.

THE CAMPGROUND WAS VERY WELL KEPT. TWO DOG PARKS WHICH WERE GREAT FOR US. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KOA AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

We started our journey out at this KOA and ended our journey at this KOA. We have stayed here several times when traveling. The staff and the campground are like a home away from home for us and we always meet some very friendly people.

The people were very friendly, but the road to get there is horrible. It's paved, but it has washboards, like they just put pavement on top of an old washboard road.

Clean simple park on the high plains. We’ve stayed there multiple times. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great dog park. Yes it is by the airport but no flights after 10pm. Freight trains in the distance adds to its charm. We will be back.

We stayed three nights here. The staff were great and professional. The facilities were very clean. They had a food truck on the premises operating at breakfast and dinner times. We had a wonderful experience here.

I cannot say enough nice things. The camp staff was always available and super helpful! They helped us to rearrange our reservations, and the site was well stocked and VERY clean.

This place was perfect for our overnight stay. Staff was friendly, check in was quick, helpful escorts, the bathrooms were clean and functional. A great addition was the presence of a food truck. The place is easily found right off I-40 near the airport. Just a few miles (2-3?) and 3 turns. There was some airport noise and some train noise but we slept right through it. There was a playground for the kiddies and a dog park. At the interstate, there were fueling options with room to navigate an RV. I give it a 5 not because it is perfect but because there was nothing wrong of note.
