Under new management. This campground is an older park that needs a little TLC. But very affordable price. Great customer service. Level sites. Pizza made to order on site. Old fishing pond and lake nearby. Clean facilities. A lot for the value.

we did tent camping, online only showed sitrs with power and water. Sadly these sites are behind the small cabins (online said did not have a.c. why we did not book one) they had a.c. run all night plus ppl walkong thru ypur camp to get to bathroom, laundry. Also closer to airport runway. We stayed before tent sites in another area little noisey with planes, but no a.c. and closer to bathrooms.

Horrible KOA camp. On level pads, unhelpful people and they said they had Wi-Fi but in fact they did not. They just did not want to pay for Wi-Fi. I would avoid this KOA camp if possible.

Staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and our big moving trailers. Very thoughtful and helpful. Very much appreciated.

Very clean and organized! Everything was immaculate & staff very professional and helpful. Could always use more shade in TX! Lol. Bring your own food or eat before, as no options nearby (10-15 min ride). On sight food truck is the only option and it was just okay for us. Pricey for the taste. Owner or worker of food truck has a tricky personality. I would for sure stay at this KOA again.

Great people, very good attitudes, no shortage of staff. Restrooms are among the best, very clean and updated. Traveled by motorcycle, they provided me a ride to eat dinner at a steakhouse. LOVE THIS PLACE

Liked the pool. Grounds and pool were very clean. Know water could be an issue in this part of the country, but some landscaping would help appearance. Easy road access for folks headed to Colorado.

Although we had a late arrival the young lady who helped us was an amazing and patient. Our cabin was clean and cozy. Will definitely be back!

The cabin and the bathrooms were not clean.

We have on site guides and a 24/7 number posted for anything that needs our attention, especially cleaning, during our busy camper season.

Great place to pitch a tent, swim, dine at the food truck and meet other travelers. The store even has postcards and correct USPS postcard stamps.

We love the KOA in Amarillo, Tx. It is a great place to stay and enjoy all the area has to offer. On our last two stays, we also have enjoyed the new food truck onsite. They have a great breakfast and dinner menu! The staff is awesome and very friendly. We will continue to stay here on our way thru Texas!

Parked my pickup where I could behind giant RVs to check in with tent reservation at rush hour. Attendant complained I was preventing more RVs from coming in. Tent site was wedged in by pool full of kids. I've been coming here for years. It actually is a nice place to stay.

The price is the same as the hotel I stayed the night before I stayed at the KOA. There was no fire pit. It’s just not the same without a fire. I could stay at a hotel and had more amenities. The campfire would be only thing that would have made it a 10.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect. The campsite had no trees. We reserved the shuttle to a restaurant we arrived at our scheduled time only to find out it was running 20 minutes late. We just drove ourselves. That was a little disappointing. We recognize that it’s no fault of KOA or the staff.

Loved the location and grounds. The check in process needs to be improved for traffic flow & pedestrian safety. Staff were quickly bringing in incoming vehicles in a double line in the front, & there is no clear path to safely walk back to the car after checking in the office without crossing traffic. Staff was not mindful I was crossing the drive way to return to my car and I nearly got hit.

Really nice park, great area to walk dogs also 2 kamp k-9 areas. Food trucks available for breakfast and dinner!! Super friendly staff!! We highly recommend this KOA !!
