Terrible experience! The manager was angry because we arrived late and was completely disrespectful to my family. I've never been so humiliated by anyone. Children are not welcome because they cry and make noise, and the noise disturbs the manager!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately, other guests were awakened by much chaos in the late hours. Also your family tried to put in another car of folks next to your RV instead of tent site without paying. We love campers of all ages, why we have policies to promote safe, comfortable and fairness to all of our guests.

This campground was a great place to stay. Courtney was so helpful at check-in and very friendly. Andy was right on top of the task of getting me to my site and backed in properly. They both made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. The bathroom and the grounds were immaculate, and we felt very safe walking their campground. This is the place you're looking for!

This is a great KOA! The access was easy, close to 40 and very clean. The staff here is SO amazingly friendly, and the cabin we stayed in was super clean! The bathrooms were very clean!! Had 2 dog parks that my dogs loved and well kept. I would recommend anyone stay here! Great job!

Very clean and nice dog park..The food truck was the best..We had rice with meatballs and wings and frys..Breakfast we had hot cinnamon rolls � Moty the owner of the food truck was very friendly and Happy guy..Great cook..

KOA was very easy to get to. Staff in office were very pleasant and store was stocked and up to date with lots to choose from. Having a food truck onsite was a very good option to have. Spaces were large.

Very very very difficult to sleep by an airport and railroad crossing where they seem to like to blow their horn constantly. But like the campground setting other than that.

They were not helpful or flexible at all. I emailed 7 days prior to cancel and they responded that I needed to call to cancel. We were traveling so I called at day 5 to confirm the cancellation and make sure they didn’t charge my card and they refused to cancel. And yes! They charged my card for the full amount. Very unhappy with their customer service and attitude. My first issue with a KOA,.

Your email cancellation was in the non refundable cancellation period, so an email was sent to contact the office to finalize, as we can not process any reservation request via email. We also try and move the reservation a couple of days to help accomodate you, without losing the deposit fee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. Cute wild bunnies everywhere. We loved it. Stayed here on our way out of Texas and on our way back in. The only "downside" is the road getting to the KOA was VERY bumpy and jarring for those towing campers. Potholes everywhere.

From check-in to check-out, we met friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate our request to park near our traveling companions. Campgrounds were clean and offered helpful amenities, such as food truck, showers and a well-stocked store at the main office. Given that it hit 104F the day we checked in, we thoroughly enjoyed a cool and refreshing dip in the pool.

Everything was very clean and we loved the way the park was decorated. It was very clean and the people that met us at the office were super. We will visit again if we get back to Amarillo! Great place!

Enjoyed having food cart. Missed having place to wash dishes; reason we ate at the food cargt. KOA is a good place to stay when passing through or at holidays for longer stays.

This is a nice stop or place to stay a couple of day. They have a food truck on the premises. There are two dog runs. The bathroom is big and private shower. The pool is a nice size. I alway come back when I’m in that area. Most of all it’s Texas so there is a friendly smile from the workers and the people. ��

This is a good place to stop for a night or 2. The staff is friendly and the facilities are average. The gravel roads and sites are very dusty, and when it rains there are mud holes all over. It could use some grading.

We had a medical situation arise on checkout day so had to delay our departure. I called to discuss a late checkout. The person answering the phone immediately launched into what it was going to cost. I know this is their corporate policy but the absolute disrespect to a customer in this situation was annoying, This after spending the previous 15 days in KOA sites. Never staying here again.
