I stayed in a cabin. Reasonably priced. Felt very safe there. Felt safer on the outskirts of town behind a locked gate than parking downtown. I wish there were more power outlets, though. With the fridge and a/c or heat plugged in, there's no space to charge a phone or laptop, so I had to unplug the fridge. I was only one person, if I was with a family, it would have been chaos!

For a location right in the middle of a large city, this was a good price and a nice option for traveling with a small dog. I like the camping cabin with electric and A/C but still a camp type experience. This was the highest priced of the cabins we stayed in (there were 4 over 4 nights in AZ, NM (you), OK, and MO. However I assume that is again because of being in an urban location.

Broken door blind. I asked for a discount. This is the highest priced Koa I’ve every stayed. There were Empty Delux cabins they could have placed me in.

I am glad we got to speak further afterwards and certainly once more apologize for any inconvenience. We came up with a solution and are working to make such fixes. We appreciate you alerting us to any issues.

We had a Deluxe Cabin. The Cabins were so very clean and had more amenities than we expected. We had first time campers and seasoned campers, 40 people in all and had a great time! Thank you very much for all your hard work. All staff were so nice and accommodating!

We stayed 3 nights for the balloon festival. The campground is very clean! The staff were awesome! I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for an awesome time!

The cabin could have had a toilet sink and microwave.. Bed shoved up against the wall is difficult for 2 people to get in and out of bed. A chair, not just a bench would be good

Had an adult spa and family heated pool! TV and desk in cabin. Heat and A/C. Campsite space had a fire pit and nearby was a small Pavillion with a table and propane grill.

3 k cups for 2 adults total for2 nights..had to purchase at 1.00 a piece. The deluxe cabin had a partial kitchen and fridge listed. It did not have a cook top and the fridge listed was actually a mini fridge. The fold out couch was so uncomfortable..it didn't lay flat...it was like a taco. My friend went into the office and the staff were openly talking about my obserd request for more coffee.

Just stayed one night. This KOA is located in a rough area but we felt very safe inside the gated campground. Everything was great. The only thing I felt would have been helpful is a community kitchen for those of us who stay in the cabins or tents.

Horrible mattress… shower had no pressure and the fan in the living room wasn’t working. Other then these pretty pleasant stay .. staff was friendly and very helpful.

A suggestion for the future, please don’t put the women’s bathroom in the front! At night, it was intimidating to walk around a “hidden” corner to use it. When I came out of the bathroom, it felt as though no one could hear me scream if I needed help.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Our grill located at the Deluxe cabin had a black widow spider nest on the gas tank that we nearly grabbed when turning on the propane. The issue was promptly addressed by staff once alerted. Our evening outdoors was cut short about 9pm by headlights being shined directly on us from a parked staff golf cart.. other than that it was a good stay.

I was very impressed with the campsite. It was very clean, back this was the cleanest place I had stayed at on my trip. You all are very nice, respectful, and made me feel like I was at home. I stayed in a lot of different places over the past 21 days and this was actually one of the most comfortable I had stayed at. Thank you very much for an awesome stay. I loved How much was offered.

The deluxe cabin was just what we needed after a very long day of traveling. I believe it was a better alternative than a hotel. Our 14 year old Chihuahua mix enjoyed it too.

The AC in my cabin did NOT work. Front desk guy said it was from leaving the door open, but I only had ONE bag. AC does NOT work.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We checked in late. They have a security gate where you punch in a code to get in. The security gate is only closed during the night & you can go in and out. The man who gave us the key to the cabin also escorted us to the cabin as well. We are traveling with our dog. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had dog dishes and an individual snack bag for dogs. They have 2 fenced in dog runs. There was plenty of room for your dog to get some energy out. We only stayed one night. Our cabin was spacious and the refrigerator was good sized for those who plan on staying for a week. We were impressed with what we saw during the day when we took a quick drive through. There was not much green grass, but for us that did not matter. There was a play area as well as swimming pool & hot tubs open 24hrs. We will be planning on returning and making our stay longer.

Very nice KOA. Little pricey and not extremely convenient to get to but it was nice all the same. Laundry, showers, mini golf, kids play area, multiple pet areas, pool and cabins. Not a whole lot of choices in the convenience store but will get you by in a pinch. It is a little noisy with the highway so close.

Easy check in, nice spaces, well maintained! Big enough roads and spaces to handle oversized.rigs! A little weedy. Great new WiFi!!
