Very safe and accommodating KOA. Pam and a younger man were so helpful. We usually stay with our camper,but we used a cabin. Nice!

The park was beautifully kept and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The deluxe cabin was perfect for what we needed to enjoy our trip to the area.

Facilities are good. But it’s getting way too expensive to stay in a Delux cabin with pets. If you have 2 pets, you get charged for each where other koa’s charge once for a cleaning fee. I’m told being corporate owned makes a difference.

The KOA and staff are wonderful, save for the cleanliness of the Deluxe Cabin. My white socks are now black from walking on the unswept and never-mopped floors and we had to wash wine out of the glasses from the previous users. The Keurig drip tray was still full of hot chocolate from the last guests. I won't even discuss the bathroom here due to propriety.

Rocco and the team at KOA Albuquerque are wonderful. Excellent 24/7 open Hot Tub, pool was open daily, and our KOA cabin was wonderful. Only reason I didn't award a "5 star" is that KOA Albuquerque doesn't yet have a good option for charging EVs. Understand it was hot, and there was an electrical drain on this KOA overall at this time. Hopefully they'll get a good charging system soon.

We enjoyed having a place that doesn’t share a wall with anyone else and that we didn’t have to go through a lobby. The cabin was good for 2 people, would’ve been too crowded for 4 adults.

I rented a cabin and everything was good. I appreciate all the thoughtful amenities. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. The AC and fridge worked well. Very close to excellent trails in the foothills. Lovely park in an urban area, but I already knew that, having stayed before and will again.

Awesome cabin, great location and quiet. Great for dogs. Only thing I wish it had was microwave meals for cabins in the camp store. But drinks and ice cream, even for the dogs was great.

The front desk people were wonderful. True customer service is rare these days, so after 3 long days of driving for a move, from Tennessee to Arizona, that was a complete disaster, Jarrod and Cindy(?) were such a delight. They made our stay easy and comfortable. We can't thank you enough for these Angels. And the kabin was amazing. THANK YOU!

Loved the rv site and delivered cabin. Showers,, bathrooms, hot tub and pool were clean. It has a great store with everything I forgot to bring.

I stayed at one of the Albuquerque KOA cabins on a business trip. The campground and restrooms were very clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible from the interstate.

We always enjoy this KOA, it’s clean and the staff is very accommodating. We had to leave earlier that we anticipated because my husband was sick. The deluxe cabin was furnished nicely and very comfortable and clean! Yes, we will return!

The campground and all buildings are very clean and well taken care of. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt very comfortable and safe. It is close to the airport and I-40, so it is a bit noisy, but overall a great place to stay! I will be returning there on my next trip through NM

The cabin was amazing. It was perfect we are a family of 5 with 2 dogs. It allowed us special time with our oldest before leaving him at the University. We are planning to reserve it for future stays as this is his 1st year and have already started recommending gte cabins to friends who travel as a hotel alternative. Thank You.

We only had a short stay. Came in at 9:30 pm for 1 night. The park host was right they're waiting for us, opened the gate, have us all our info and showed us where our space was located. He was awesome. The restrooms were clean. Our pull through was very level and easy to get in to and out of. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

All was good, except for the fridge was warm when we got into the cabin and took overnight to cool down, the mini golf site was always being used & no access to the clubs.

When my Girl Scout troop arrived late, there was an agent to meet us which was awesome. The cabins were incredibly clean, and well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin we used was clean and comfortable. I believe you should replace the shower head and tighten the valve handle That is not a complaint but a observation. Info, I worked as a building inspector.

Small Kamping Kabin was great. The grounds are welcome taken care of and secure (which is my primary reason for selecting KOA when in ABQ).

Convenient location to the freeway and services. Campground staff is friendly and helpful Grounds are well maintained and clean. A hidden gem within the city of Albuquerque.

The Albuquerque KOA has wonderful, friendly staff, and fun amenities. Our family particularly enjoyed playing a round of mini golf.

Warm & welcome greeting/very helpful! We loved the quiet, kid-free indoor spa (we love children & enjoyed seeing them playing in the pool), but after a 10 hour drive, we were glad for the quiet & relaxation of the spa!

This has to be one of the nicest KOA Journey locations we have stayed at. Remove the highway, and it could easily be a KOA Holiday. We stayed in April 2025 while on a trip. We reserved at a place in Tijeras, but after we didn't feel safe there and this KOA was able to get us in at the last minute. I can't say much about the amenities except that they looked quite nice. We ended up spending our two days here resting and recharging. We opted for a pull thru so we wouldn't have to disconnect our car, and the site was more than long enough to accommodate this. The site was paved, so we were able to just pull in and level. We had 50 amp service, but 30 amp was also available. The water pressure was good and the sewer was available but we didn't use it. On short stops, I want to hook up as little as possible. The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. It was a little pricey for a Journey, but when we got here, we understood why. We would absolutely stay here again. You won't be disappointed either.

Campground was easy to get to with friendly staff. Our site was clean and level with full hookups. The proximity to hwy 40 is very close so you will have traffic noise, turn on a fan for sleeping and you wont hear a thing! We appreciated the full wall around the park as added security with automatic gate for exit and gate code needed for after hours entry.
