This location does not comply with registered service dog state and federal laws. I received a phone call from the office stating that if this was unacceptable then to leave the campground. It’s unacceptable for me that my trained service dog that is required to be in my presence 100% of the time was not allowed to be with me when I had to use the toilet. I had to leave due to the medical risk

The bathrooms are incredibly clean and in good condition. There is quite a bit of noise from the freeway and the surrounding neighborhood has dogs that bark all night long, however, that's out of the control of the KOA. A very convenient location and quiet despite what I already mentioned.

At $107 per night very overpriced for amenities and overall quality. I have never paid this much for partial hook up. I understand that most of our stay was during the ballon festival but we were 14 miles to the north. The price did not come down on Sunday after the festival was over. No paper towels in Bathroom, men’s room no lock, no security gate, dump station hard to access

Bathrooms are clean. Great swimming pool. Nice place. The only negative thing is the WiFi is a pain. It is really slow and kept disconnecting.

We absolutely love KOA’s. When we’re rolling through a town on our motorcycle and the weather is right, we always check to see if there is a KOA. Albuquerque KOA was tremendous. Tent site had a ton of shade, the pool was refreshing and Bernalillo is an area rich in history to check out.

This is always one of my favorite places to stay. Cleanliness of the facility is always fantastic and the pool is very enjoyable and not over chlorinated.

The only thing that I didn’t like about this site is that the water thing was right next to the tent and there’s only one place to set up the tent so couldn’t really use the water without getting water splash on my tent.

Friendly professional staff, very nice tentsite, clean restrooms and surprisingly quiet considering how close the freeway.

In general, I liked the site and the privacy. The camp sites were separated by board fencing, so I was not forced to know everything my neighbor did. I will never stay here again, though, because they charged me $10 for my two tiny (4 pound) dogs, even though I keep them in a little pen on my site and was only there for about 12 hours.

I love this place. Excellent facilities, the nicest staff, and clean bathrooms/showers. I stay here a lot, almost weekly, and I've only had great experiences.

This was generally a nice location. However, the bathrooms were not very clean, and the owners were bristly. I initially turned the wrong way coming in after a long drive, and was met with impatience. A little bit of empathy would go a long way in making weary travelers feel welcome. Upon my departure I found one owner in the office, and was able to get some coffee. Basically a fine place to stay.

Arrived at 6:15 and the office was closed, found my spot easily though. I chose this KOA as eviews said the WiFi was good, after being on BLM land for nearly a week I needed to be able to reconnect and get work done. I finally found an employee around 7:00 that gave me the WiFi password, The password worked but the wifi had no data on any of my devices, I had to leave my site and get a hotel.

Initial check in was pleasant and staff very friendly, the problem they failed to mention men`s restroom and showers were down (not a huge deal but I had to find the temp at a time of need) NOT GOOD. There was fresh dog crap in the middle of tent site and old egg shells and other crap in bbq. My wife went to use ladies room only to find door lock didn't work neighbors loud all night. left early

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
