My business took me to Albuquerque for a show. KOA Bernalillo provided a safe, clean, quiet place to stay for the weekend event. This is my 4th stay and I will return in August for another event. I have recommended Bernalillo KOA to friends. When my husband travelled to Las Cruces for a weekend show, we booked a cabin for him at the local KOA. He enjoyed it so much more than staying in a hotel.

Nice place. Clean and well kept. The Internet didn't work well enough to use even though we had a strong signal.

Super clean bathrooms, lots of noticeable updates. I loved the new hot air balloon curtains in the cabins.

The campground was beautiful. It was very well maintained, everything thing from the bathroom and showers to the cabin we stayed were very clean. Everyone was very hospitable and staff was extremely professional. Definitely looking forward to our next trip back.

Cabin too cramped. Space is for 2 but bunk beds crammed. No way will 4 people be able to move in there let alone be comfortable. Higher priced than other cabins in area for less. Not even a porch swing or mini fridge. Disappointed!

I was relaxing in to my evening in a cabin when the smoke detector began chirping due to low battery. I would like to thank the staff for such a quick response and help replacing the battery so I could enjoy the rest of my evening, sleep well, and depart in the morning. The property is well maintained and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

The guy who escorted me to my cabin was extremely rude. He probably wondered why he had to escort me when the cabin was just around the corner. It was about WHERE I was to park because of my trailer, so the lady at the desk told me she would have me escorted and “he” would show me. He didn’t even stick around to show me but once I got there, I figured it out. Never been treated like that a

Everything was ok but the internet access. In spite of a couple of access points, wifi did not work at all. And it is a shame to claim that you provide wifi, and there was no wifi.

I enjoyed the privacy. Didn't think much about the heater but it did it's job very well. We were comfortable.

We stayed a week on their RV pads (nice and level) our family stayed in one of the cabins. Everything was well maintained and clean.

We've stayed here every summer for 23 years. A favorite family tradition! However, our cabin was swelteringly hot even with the AC on. Intolerable. The general mgr. Said" just wait till it cools down". That was at 2am! When we asked for a discount, the office mgr. AND the gen. Mgr. said no. Poor mgmt. can make or break a happy streak. The visit should have been comped. � SO DISAPPOINTED

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in cabin 6. The place was clean and comfortable. Coolers worked fine. Bathrooms were clean. The only two things to mention are 1) the table outside is placed under a berry tree, the table was unusable dried berries every where. 2) playground needs serious attention. It would be nice for the children if the play house was free of spider webs. Overall, we would stay again.

Again , great place and well up keep. Beautiful sunny day with some normal NM wind..... Everyone out of the pool !!! ??? . Hour later come back to kids and parents that took it over (entitlement). It was father's day and my birthday. But they closed the pool early do to father's day? Only a cabin cleaner recognized us. Finally got the dog friendly right. To a bar next to the park . Lmao �Ϝ

The campground is beautiful. Very clean and well kept. My wife noted no paper towels in the restrooms. She also noted a small window where, if someone stepped out of the shower not fully clothed, someone could see. A curtain in the shower to separate the shower from the dressing area would be nice. But, we had a wonderful stay and got to meet the owners. Friendly people.

A friend and I stayed in one of the little cabins for three nights. It was quite fun. I only wish the office was open a little earlier since I know they have coffee at some point in the mornings but we always had to leave before then. What was my first time to stay here so next time I will know to throw in a little coffee pot. Enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our camping cabin with a privacy fence and beautiful patio! Beautiful clean grounds, bathrooms, and great staff! Glad the blinds will be replaced with curtains:)

I stayed in a cabin, which was comfortable and in good condition. A bit nicer than the typical KOA cabin. The bathroom here is very nice compared to any other campground I've stayed at. I like the location of this KOA. It was plenty quiet there at night.

The Bernalillo KOA is the perfect, affordable place to stay when I come to Albuquerque for shows. The grounds and restrooms are clean and neat. It's easy to see the extra care taken with cleanliness and comfort. Usually I stay in a tent space but due to the chilly nights, I opted for a cabin. Was certainly convenient; I appreciated the heater!

The sleeping cabin was very clean and even charming! Challenges: difficult how to figure out how to make coffee - a hot water heater, mayor in the bathroom or picnic area, could help! Also, please put some curtains to shield dry clothes in the shower. It's very difficult to keep things from getting wet the way it is!

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
