400 characters is not enough. This was above and beyond the worst stay at KOA I've ever been in. I asked one of your workers if it was new ownership as we stay here every year! We were nitpicked to death about everything from having the truck pulled in the perfect position to having our dog hold his pee until he got all the way up to the park. Oh and no water bottles at the pool!! Insane!!

The park was clean and the sites were ample. We had a pull through, since we were staying only 1 night. Wifi was excellent and the dog park clean and acessible. Staff had closed at 2pm, but left detailed instructions by email and at the bulletin board. There was an entrance from the park (not marked or identified) that led to a local microbrewery next door with food, beverage and l8ve music.

We stopped on our way into El Paso, place was clean. Pool closed too early especially considering the heat.

Office staff professional, friendly, and helpful. Campground facilities very nice. Wish the store had more food items to sell, maybe ice cream. The only downside is the older man who "patrols" the campgrong like he is a jailhouse guard. He is rude and obnoxious for no reason at all.

The KOA is well run! The staff is great and the campground is super tidy. It could use a stronger Wi-Fi signal, but that seems to be the case everywhere. We stay here a couple times a year and always know it will be great.

Came in late after office was closed. I’ll the information and instructions were clearly left at the light arrival box. Nice spot no problems.

We had a wonderful day, everything was perfect. We were even given the campsite that we requested, which was absolutely amazing. That’s our favorite spot. Staff were courteous and helpful. This is a great place to stay overall and we stayed for four days.

We only stayed one night, but this has been one of the best campgrounds. The staff was nice and even took us to our spot to ensure we got in okay. The place is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this KOA and look forward to staying again in the near future.

My first impression was not good! As I arrived I walked in office for Che in w my 5 lb yorkie in arms. First thing said to me was. NO FOGS ALLIEED INOFFICE! Stern voice. Could have said welcome how was your trip here, I m sorry but we do not allow pets in office. Site was ok for a quick night stay. No shade at all other sites had trees w shade in heat of 100. No one was in those spots for t/night

Nice older park, but well maintained with friendly staff. This park is about 15 minutes from downtown Albuquerque. Except for the next door brewery, you will need a car to get anywhere.

The campground is well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. Wish it stayed open a little later in the summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The sites are a little on the snug side.

I have stayed Bernalillo KOA for eight years now enjoyed staying there because of staff are friendly and helpful. Koa was very clean and pleasant to stay there. Every time I have a golf tournament I always will stay there.

stopped without a reservation, office personnel we very polite, they had spaces available, but I have a large truck camper and for some reason KOA always assigns truck campers to the worst spaces, they had us in a tent space

Overall the location was great however on arrival, 1650 the office was already closed however the hours on the door were to 1700 (5pm).

Always very hard to get out of our site. Very tight to get into site and have had to get long term neighbor to move vehicles to get out of site. Will not stay at this KOA again unless no other alternative.

The pool was over run by outsiders on Saturday. They need to monitor their gates to stop this invasion. They need to put a gate guard on weekends especially. There campers were unable to use the pool because of the outsiders and large tubes being used in the pool.

Shop was closed when we got there, but this campground is beautiful. One of the few that we wish we could have stayed at longer. For being in the desert, there were trees and cover available. The facilities are beautiful. When bathrooms are so lovely, you just know that the whole place is being cared for well.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
