We have stayed at this KOA for many years while attending the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta! It is a well-kept, quiet, clean campground with attentive, pleasant staff. Angie and her crew are the best!!

We were first timers staying at this KOA and also for attending the Balloon Fiesta, so we didn't quite know all the ropes. I wish I had obtained the name of the staff member who checked us in. Her customer service was FABULOUS! She went above and beyond to assist us. God bless her and we thank her so much for what turned into a very smooth stay at the park and a fun four days at the Fiesta.

I was very disappointed on our second stay here, we booked a tent site in the corner, in person, on our first visit, she told me exactly which site it was supposed to be, when we arrived they changed us, and had us packed between trailers in the tent sites, and one had his sewage draining into a container right next to where we slept. It was so disgusting I ended up sleeping in my car.

Our recent stay at Albuquerque North/Bernalillo KOA coincided with the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. We found the park to be very well designed with large sites and great amenities. The facilities are clean and accessible 24 hrs/day, and the staff is knowledgeable of the area and ready to offer suggestions to help make the most of your stay. I highly recommend this KOA Journey campground.

4 months spent at this park. We did request a different spot upon arriving. Moved 3 days into our stay and LOVED our new spot. We were a couple of spots down from the Brewery access gate, so we did hear the music but was not annoying. Music stopped long before 10PM. Park is quiet and well maintained with reqular guest turnover. Price seems high for long term stay but the location was good for us.

We made a big mistake trying to travel through this area at this time (balloon fest). Made the reservation back in June $115. Sounded good, patio? We got a narrow spot in the pot smoking area, awful. Total rip off, price gouging at it's best.

Very clean but both bathrooms closed at the same time for two hours is silly and also no change machine in the laundry room is prohibitive. Staff not friendly.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our campsite was beautifully clean, raked, and fairly level when we arrived. Restrooms were clean. This was the only RV park we have stayed at where the Internet actually worked and we could stream movies at night. Wonderful place to stay, we will be back! A big THANK YOU to Angie and Jackie!! You made our vacation extra special��

Great location near the Railrunner. Husband got a medical lab test in Albuquerque. We spent a day in Los Alamos National Park with a few hours left for Bandalier National Park. On a Friday when a hose blew off of hot water heater, we had to turn off water. Park referred us to an excellent repairman.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. The grounds are very well maintained and cheerful. There is a great pool/patio area to relax and the doggie park is a good size. We stayed in a pull-thru for 6 nites (P-50). It was quiet and a nice sized space. Not too cramped. Our favorite thing was the secret passage gate to Kaktus Brewery. Live music/good food. We will stay again.

Upon checkin they asked if I had stayed at Albequerque before, I said the other Alberquerque site. Debbie said you will like us better and she was spot on. I would rate the site in the top 15 and the showers in the top 5 of all the KOAs I have stayed at over the years. That there is a gate opening to a bar/food establishment makes it even better. Met some great folks there.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
