We had an extended stay leaving our RV there many nights unattended. We have found the park safe and well monitored. The outside areas are clean. It is outside Albuq, but the commute into the city is not bad.

Arrived and no night registration in my name, only envelopes with locations to park and an envelop for payment. I picked one that matched my booking. At 6:00am we were rudely awaken by a LOUD bang on the door wanting to know why we didn’t pay. The “Manager” said he wanted to catch us before we left without paying. I PAIDED ON-LINE, ALWAYS DO! This rude awakening freaked me out, will never be

The office staff person was welcoming and the park was exceptionally well maintained-clean restrooms, every site was raked.

The women’s bathroom electricity was out for the night which made things difficult. Some guy used the bathroom and decided it was his private bathroom and locked everyone out for around 30 minutes. Other than that it was a typical KOA.

Office closed when arrived no late checin forms . Just picked is spot. Later got a knock on door. Manager had me check in Very good service

Very nice employee checked me in. Campground looks great. Only suggestion might be to not put overnight guests next to permanent guests. I'm sure permanent guest aren't happy when we pull in and set up in their area. Nice campground employees. Thank you for such a clean, safe, overnight place.

From the way we were greeted to the clearly marked exit, everything was excellent. The grounds, the showers, and each site are immaculate. Will definitely stay again whenever we need a place to stay in Albuquerque.

Great help from Debbie at the front desk. I was stuck in traffic and running late for checkin and Debbie called me to let me know where my info was for late checkin. I arrived at ABQ North with 3 minutes to spare and I got checked in AND to my site. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helped me get propane filled too. Really well kept up park. Clean, no weeds roads nice and level.

We have stayed here many times and past visits were always very good. This time, not quite so much. The 50 amp plug-in didn't work on arrival but this was fixed promptly. However, the cable connection wouldn't work or recognize cable stations. Our satellite was having issues so cable would have been nice. We tried local stations through an antenna but they didn't work either.

Our family had a great stay. Our dogs loved the K9 camp and we appreciated the size of the sites and easy access.

First off your have no grass fake or real for dogs. You have too many rule signs no stopping no pets no dogs be respectful don't put doggie fencing on fake grass areas ridiculous! Dog enclosures are just dirt painted tires stuck in ground and wood boards as a teeter hotter WHAT????? You really don't like dogs but love rules!! Park needs to be upgraded and REALLY PET FREINDLY AND STOP ALL THE SIGNS

Here to visit family. Noticed a couple loose dogs, but most were leashed. Lots of folks appear to be living there full-time. Clean bathrooms and showers. Very friendly staff. Our 3rd stay and will likely return.

We booked our overnight stay online before the office closed. When we pulled in I checked the overnight check in box but our reservation packet wasn’t there. We had to choose an “available site” packet and thankfully there was 1 50 amp spot still available. Our receipt the next day showed a different site number we were assigned to but weren’t aware of.

Manager is very rude. We pulled in with several other campers and he was on the walkie-talkies complaining about where we parked to check in and we could hear him. Then they threatened to evict one of the ladies because she was in a van after they checked her in and escorted her to her site.

No issues. Highway is close and convenient which is exactly what we intended as this was a one night stay on a long journey. Obviously there is highway noise; you can't have both. Didn't get to use any amenities. Laundry room looked clean but didn't use. We will definitely stop again if traveling 25. Area is mixed warehouse, industrial. Shopping, dining is a short car ride to just about anything.

Great location! Site p06 was good and level. Clean restrooms, sites and grounds. Great staff very helpful. One review talked about noise from the brewery. Our site was clise to it and we did not have any issues. They had a band, but it was quiet after 9pm.would have loved to stay longer, but had to move on to our next destination.

Overnight stay while passing through. Had nice pull through site FHU. Arrived just before office closed. Staff was super nice. Gas and restaurants close by. Easy access from highway.

This was our second time staying here. We always feel welcomed, lots are nice and prepared for us! The restrooms/showers are always nice and clean. We feel safe staying here! Thank you for your southern hospitality! Hope to see you again on our journeys out that way!

This was the 1st time we stayed here with our 4 dogs. Very nice staff and they even had a hidden passage way to the Brewery. If I had anything I would change i would replace the 4 ft fence with a 6 ft fence around the dog area. I would probably use a pea gravel base instead of sand. Easy on and off to the highway. Would go back if in the area.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
