Upon arrival after traveling 250 miles I took my dog out only to be met by a man, manager Andrew Bazan, who began yelling at me because my dog was peeing in the grass.He was rude beyond belief & wanted me to pick my dog up WHILE SHE WAS PEEING.i’m 69 & dog is 114 lbs.He almost brought me to tears.i checked in & staff was extremely apologetic for my treatment.A manager should not treat people bad

Well kept campground, but it’s older and very tight, especially for big rigs, had trouble getting out of my camp site. No activities for campers like bingo, card games, food trucks, card or table games.

We have stayed at this location several times now on our way passing through NM. It's a great location and the facilities have always been well kept. Having easy access to the Kakctus Brewery next door is definitely a bonus.

It’s a nice RV park but really not pet friendly. They have nice spaces with Astro turf grass that they don’t allow your pets on. That makes it difficult on those of us who like to sit outside with our pets. We had to move from our first space because the person next door was parked in our patio The second location had a huge Astro turf area but we weren’t allowed to put up our pet fen

stayed at a water/electric site and disappointed that the dump station was out of order. The staff was very friendly. After staying at San Antonio and Galveston, this site was out dated and lacked the extra's that the other sites had.

Very nice campground and clean. Very nice staff, but bring you earplugs...there are dogs outside of the property that bark all night.

Lovely KOA! Site was big enough for our camper+truck and also our truck with trailer and ATV. Quiet spot even though the highway is fairly close. My husband said the showers were the Taj Mahal...first class!! We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were great. The sites well taken care of. Only complaint is that there were a couple of what seemed to be long term renters. They had multiple dogs that barked all day long while the owners were gone. Mentioned it to hosts and they were sympathetic but did not enforce the rules

We were very disappointed with the sites at this location. They are tiny. We had a giant rv 5ft to our left and could hear their furnace running constantly, it sounded like diesel truck idling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price charged there should be half as many sites at this location.

4th stay in the past 7 months. Since our mid February 3 day stay, flow restriction devices have been installed on the water taps. The restricted flow hurts the performance of RV's with tank less water heaters. We were never able to get enough flow to get the water hot enough to wash dishes. I know water is a finite resource and needs to be conserved, but you need to inform campers.

We are sorry for the inconvenience of not having enough pressure but maybe the guest before you left theirs on because we have not added flow restrictors on any of our sites at the park.

Easy to access from I25, close to businesses in Bernalillo. Not the prettiest of KOAs but the staff keeps the grounds up and is extremely helpful. We stay here exclusively for our many trips to Albuquerque.

The staff is very helpful and we had a great recommendation to stop by the Kaley’s Brewery right out the back gate. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen.

The camp host was very friendly and informative, the site was clean and all the connections worked as they should. The only thing I would have liked more would to have had a hot tub

We've stayed there several times in the past nd will return. Your staff is always helpful. We love the big dog park as well. Lots of the dogs we see there just need a place to get out and run and this amenity is greatly appreciated. We will be back.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
