Site was good with the exception of the cable service was not getting good reception for some reason so we had to use our antenna instead. Toilets were rather dirty with excess water on floor by sinks and showers. Friendly staff along with free coffee was great since we forgot ours!

Nicely kept campground and the staffwas great! The only issue was that there is only one bathroom/shower facility that was closed for two hours at a time for cleaning and it was kind of old and rundown, there should be two restroom, shower facilities, and the existing one needs to be updated. Very nicely maintained with a great dog play area. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to I-25, and easy to access downtown ABQ in 20 minutes.

Great access, private but close to shopping, etc. CLEAN, quiet, great amenities and wonderful, friendly, informative staff. A rare find in our opinion :)

We've stayed at the park 3 or 4 times now. We've had some issues with the wifi and also cable. The WiFi was very slow this time to where we had to disconnect and connect to our hotspots. Also the cable channel lineup we were able to get was only about 10-12 channels. Overall we love the park but just thought we'd bring this to your attention.

The facility was run well and clean. It would be good if they had shelves in the shower stall to keep clothes and toiletries while you're showering.

very nice park. Only negative is sites are a little close together but this is common to KOA parks so most people know what you are getting when you stay at a KOA park. I will return.

We were there two different dates for one night each. The first night we used the restrooms and found them to be difficult to use. There are no stools in the men's showers, and the women's shower room stool was so wobbly that she was unable to sit on it safely. The second date, we requested assistance 3 times for assistance with the "free" cable hookup. Nobody showed up.

Terrible, Impolite, Arrogant, Poor Customer Service. Never staying here! Narrow and Tight Sites. Can’t open Slideouts. Disrespectful to Disabled Veterans and their Service Dogs.

Quiet, clean and convenient located within walking distance to a great brewpub with pizza! KOA staff are great too! They were able to accommodate us without a reservation. I will be sure to stay there next I’m passing through town.

No longer the friendly place it once was. They appear to be in a fight with the brewery next door. So, the charming walkway between has been locked. They have installed Astro turf patios. As a consequence, dogs are not allowed to be on the patio. If you miss that RULE the manager will threaten to charge you $100. I wonder what possessed them to install astroturf in the first place.

This was a stop-over for us, on our way west. It was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sites were level, which helped us by not having to disconnect the trailer from the tow vehicle. Staff were really friendly.

One of the most comfortable KOA campgrounds! You can see active maintenance all the time, gravel sites are neatly raked. Super nice.

Only thing we noticed this time staying with you is that people who have dogs leave them in the camper and they bark at everything that moves I like dogs but they need to not be left alone Thank you

Always a favorite KOA. BUT you need to buy a lot of coat hooks for the bathhouses! And the shower drains are very poor design. Always being sprayed by the other stalls water.

Great campground. Staff were wonderful. Place was clean. Very Per Friendly. A couple signs where they don’t want the poozers n peezers, but plenty of areas for them to go and play. Would definitely stay again.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
