It was just an overnite stay but it was a quiet clean campground.

When i arrived i was told my site didnt have 30 amp service, it did. Site was not level which would normally not be a big deal but i couldnt detach tow vehicle... water spigot was below ground.

The park itself is wonderful. Clean, quiet, easy access, close to Kaktus Brewing, decent dog parks, nice park. There’s a little too much emphasis on the rules…it’s difficult to feel welcome. It appears it’s not a great place to work…smiles on staff were hard to find. We’ve stayed here several times and probably will again but other KOA’s on this trip made us feel more at home.

Thanks to Shirley for fitting us in! Greg and (sorry I didn't catch the young gentlemen that helped me weave my way through vehicles Saturday AM to exit) for doing a great job of keeping the park groomed. This is our second stay in the past two years.

The front staff although friendly, did not return my call earlier in the day while I was on the road to answer my question concerning check-in that day. Our site was barely big enough to accommodate our 29-foot travel trailer, but we had to park our truck to the side. Other than that, we found this place to be a good central location to what we had planned.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The sites were well spaced. There were trees, bushes, and some shade. It was surprising quiet! We loved the pizza restaurant right next door!!

This was our 5th Mother's Day weekend at the Bern KOA. They always help us out with services and make us and our pets feel welcome. The store is nicely equipped with souvenirs...See yo next year!

Last minute reservation, due to weather down the road. Had to extend, due to mechanical issue ... they did tetris schedule magic and worked out a second nite stay. We were so tired that we really appreciated the extra effort and our extra rest.

Very clean sites, well maintained, easy access, many stay options, well kept dog play areas (2), nice play area for kids, and it was just a bit too cold to have the pool open�. We even met up with others who had dogs that were as friendly and as playful as ours. This is our second stay and we will continue annual returns.�ϋ�

Very clean park. Easy pull through and nice sized dog park. The only thing I didn't like was the proximity to some sort of heavy equipment company and unfortunate run down neighborhood. But this KOA looked like it had a good amount of amenities. We only stayed one night

This park is in a bad neighborhood. We literally had an employee yell at us because our dog peed on a tree on the edge of a grassy area. He told us to never come back they don’t want us there. Wow! I am a long time KOA member and have stayed at this park several times but never again.

On 4/27, Andrew verbally attacked me for driving my travel trailer back into the park after going that morning to Camping World ABQ for a repair. He told me that I could not park myself & I was speeding. I apologized & replied that I didn't speed. I was also called a liar by him. His approach to a solution was very aggressive & disturbing. BTW, I told the office staff of my plans before I left.

Quiet and good amenities. Only downside is that the spaces are a bit crowded together.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
