A tree was in our way where we stayed. I asked park to trim the branches as it was scraping our paint job on the rv. Also the weather got windy with ran and snow flurries so it made it worse. I got a call from office. I returned her call and was never contacted again. This campground is far away from the city and things to do. Picnic tables need to be replaced.

Got in late and easily found our information outside the office. Clean grounds with great signage. Quiet even though we were close to the interstate. We had a nice night’s stay.

The Bernalillo KOA is a great location away from the hustle of Albuquerque, yet it’s easy to access anyplace in the metro area by quick freeway access. The grounds are clean, and it’s easy to navigate my rig through the campground. After I left a member of the staff called me to let me know that I left my PRV at the campsite, and that they would hold it for me until my next stay.

Always great to stay there. However, on the south side area there was a great deal of dog feces. What’s wrong with people? Need to pick up after their dogs!!!

Second time we stayed, we did not manage to meet any of the staff but the lady on the phone was very helpful.

Cramped spaces, awnings literally hang over onto your neighbors turf. Very loud, dogs outside barking consistently. It seems many of the people are permanent residents and have gotten too comfortable. Staff was polite and grounds were clean.

They moved our site numerous times since I booked, they wouldn’t let me change even though the campground was half empty. We ended up having to unhook our truck (wanted to stay hooked up for early morning departure) even though they ensured us we wouldn’t need to. Rates are high for what we get. Spots are very tight for larger rigs. Ok stop off but wouldn’t stay more than 1 night.

I was in late, out early, so really did not experience much of the KOA. The bathroom was locked when we arrived and the code did work. Also, the price for the site was pretty high for a short overnight stay. Otherwise, the campground was clean, liked the green grass at each site. Easy to get in (even with the main road closed) and out.

This campground was perfect for us. Very clean and very well maintained. Each site is raked and cleaned regularly. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the Kaktus Brewery out the back gate has great beer, cocktails and sine if the best pizza.

We love staying here and do so on our trips. However, we could have used a heads up about the road closure in front of the KOA well before our arrival and not the 15-20 minutes before our arrival and just before close.

We stayed a total of 9 days while moving into our new home here in Bernalillo. The staff was very helpful and friendly and assisted us in figuring the very best rate for the 9 days, and also renewed our KOA membership during our stay. Thanks so much to the great ladies in the office!

Great convenient location. The campground is very neat and well taken care of. Price was high considering it is a Journey KOA, but this is a very well maintained campground.

Check in was fast and easy. We’ve stayed here before and it’s always a great campground. Staff was very friendly, and there is a great brewery restaurant next door. Campground was very quiet. A little construction in the area but still easy to get in and out of. We highly recommend this KOA.

The campground was very well maintained. The restrooms & showers were always clean. The staff called to let us know there was construction on the road leading to the park and how to maneuver around it. The sites were too close together for me. The sites were raked after each camper left.

The staff is probably the friendliest and most helpful folks we have encountered at a KOA. The bathrooms are impeccably clean. Sites are raked and trash free. Each site has a picnic table on an artificial grass plot. The dog areas are well equipped with amenities for pets, (though quite dusty). Some have mentioned freeway noise, but we did not think that was an issue. We felt very safe there also

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
