Your staff is amazing. Everyone is so caring & helpful. Iwould name all of them that we met but they were all so friendly & helpful, i wouldn't want to miss anyone. Your restrooms & laundry are so clean. I would recommend this KOA to anyone looking to stay in the Albuquerque area. Easy access to 550 & I-25.

We always stay at this campsite when we travel through the Albuquerque area. It’s quiet, easy to get in and out and the staff is great. Even though it’s not part of the KOA, Kacktus Brewery is next door and a few minute walk.

We came in very late. The staff made it super easy for us gives us a quick easy pull thru site as we were only there for the 1 short night. Our kids loved the area also! Would stay again with out hesitation.

Just a quick overnight stay. Had a late check-in. All paperwork was available and we settled right in. Space was well keep and groomed. Showers and amenities were clean and well lit. Would and will stay again. Thank you very much.

This is a well cared for older campground. It is a little tight but you have to remember it is a north Alberqurque campground which is very safe. We do feel the webb site makes too big of a deal of the patio site. This is a six foot wide piece of artificial turf on the ground. They need some tree work as there are dead trees and a number that need triming. If not careful you could scratch your rv.

Very friendly people at check in that went smoothly and swiftly. Our site was perfect with a big shade tree which was much appreciated on a 100 plus degree day!

I always stay here several times a year. The staff varies year to year and for the most part this particular KOA does a good job of hiring excellent staff. The staff this year, though is exceptionally fantastic, friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to make your stay Exceptional.

I had great stay at KOA in Bernalillo and the staff were very friendly and helpful and pleasant to talk to. The camp ground was very quiet and clean

Host was very helpful and friendly. Moved us to site where satellite could be used. Recommended place to eat next to rv park. Site clean,spacious and level. Rv park close to interstate but didn’t have any issues with noise. One of the nicer koa’s we have stayed.

The site was a good size and level. You could see where the gravel was raked to make the site level. That is much appreciated. The people were very friendly & helpful. The pizza from the Brewery recommended by the KOA staff was very good. The Park was clean.

So thankful for the wonderful Staff at this place! We asked for our baseball team to hang out with us for dinner and they were awesome in making sure we had what we needed! We also had a late check out and the process was easily explained and accommodated! The bathrooms were well kept! Pool looked beautiful! So thankful to have a safe and quiet place to come to on our visit to Albuquerque!

Have stayed here multiple times in the past and have always been treated as a guest, not an interruption or a person forcing you to do some work. People are constantly monitoring you to make sure you are breaking any rules. Not sure if it is under new management, but it is not a friendly environment anymore. I do not think I would return to this KOA again.

Short layover. Called me to explain late check-in clean large dog park. Well maintained grounds, friendly staff. Amenities looked great even though I did not get to enjoy because of our schedule.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
