Very helpful, courteous and speedy check-in process. Bathroom facilities excellent and clean. Near the airport and railroad tracks but the wind was fierce so we weren’t bothered by them. Just a freak wind-storm.

Very nice park, personnel and facilities were great. The only downside was the wi-fi was useless.

We stayed one evening. The property is mostly dirt. The staff were great. The store is well stocked and clean. The restrooms were clean but the showers are much smaller than other KOA’s.

Stayed 3 nights in a TT to visit area & see friends. Very clean. Well cared for. Staffs pleasant. Laundry nicest I’ve seen. Did not use bathhouse. Sites all have artificial grass at picnic table area. Very nice. Has cable but AIR TV very good too. Only con is sites are very close together and our sewer dump was too far forward in site. Overall positive. Will stay again. Try the Kaktus Brewery

Remodeled bathrooms yay.! Gorgeous. Great little dog parks! Thank you … quiet except for neighborhood dogs beyond fence barking most of night. We’ve stayed here at least once a year to from winter in south for 8-9 years. Love it

I needed Propane and was told that they could not fill my tank because of the weather. This was understandable, we arrived just after a short storm with rain and hail. I was told that they could not fill my tank until 1 hour after the storm. It took us more then a hour to set up our fifth wheel trailer, and they said that they are closing at 4:45 and not the 5:00 time posted!

The staff was very helpful and the facilities clean! Our location was quiet. The staff provided a walking map to restaurants and a local brewery. Altogether an enjoyable stay.

we were suppose to stay 3 days but something came up and we had to shorten our stay to 1 day, the front office accommodated us by reducing reservation to 1 day and crediting my cc, she was very understanding and kind

The WiFi signal across the camp is very weak. The Santa Fe KOA made a significant investment in their system and is great coverage. Love the Bernalillo location and it would be our go-to spot if not for the WiFi.

we do apologize for the inconvenience and we are upgrading our wifi to get better service. We do hope to have that completed in the next couple months and hope that you do come back and enjoy your stay.

This was a return visit. This is a very nice campground! Very well taken care of , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free hot coffee was delicious! We will keep on coming back during our travels!

We needed a place to stay for one night, and we ended up wishing we had time to stay longer! The park was immaculate and perfectly maintained, the enclosed pet areas were large and safe, and every service one could need was available. It was such a pleasant surprise, and even better was the 'secret' access to the brewery next door. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Check in was easy & friendly. Great dog parks w/ pick up bags & disposal stations. The store had many nice souvenirs (and very fair prices!) There's pleasant artwork all over the park. The portal to the brewery was a nice short cut to a hidden gem. Don't let the (rather unattractive) back entrance discourage checking out The Kactus. (Music, an outdoor patio, friendly folks & good food!)

Fantastic visit however short, only an overnight. Very comfortable and relaxing accommodations - amazing sunrise! Staff in the store were absolutely lovely and fun and welcoming. Thanks!

the campground and its facilites are great, but the surrounding area is REALLY loud for a tent site. I dont think I slept more than three hours with the highway noise, the dogs barking, roosters crowing (at night) and all the other sounds of the surrounding area.

The campground was beautiful. It was very well maintained, everything thing from the bathroom and showers to the cabin we stayed were very clean. Everyone was very hospitable and staff was extremely professional. Definitely looking forward to our next trip back.

We enjoyed our short stay. The brewery was great! One issue: In our spot P47 there is a small tree on the left side near the exit road. Between that and the truck parked across the road from us (P20 or P21?) we were unable to make the left turn and we had to back out. If that little tree was removed between P46 and P47 then we would have been able to make the left turn and pull through to exit.

I am glad to see they have made improvements to their grounds and restrooms, it needed it. The old woman that runs the place needs to enhance her people skills or get out of the daily activity. Out of 50 or more campgrounds I have visited this one is the worst ever. I will never stay there again.

Usually stay here twice a year when we travel from CO to AZ. Great place to de-winterize and winterize, and easy access off the interstate. Friendly and accommodating staff. This last visit they graciously worked with me to revise our reservation twice while we were waiting out snow storms. Grounds and restrooms/showers always very clean.

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
