Overall the location was great however on arrival, 1650 the office was already closed however the hours on the door were to 1700 (5pm).

Always very hard to get out of our site. Very tight to get into site and have had to get long term neighbor to move vehicles to get out of site. Will not stay at this KOA again unless no other alternative.

The pool was over run by outsiders on Saturday. They need to monitor their gates to stop this invasion. They need to put a gate guard on weekends especially. There campers were unable to use the pool because of the outsiders and large tubes being used in the pool.

Shop was closed when we got there, but this campground is beautiful. One of the few that we wish we could have stayed at longer. For being in the desert, there were trees and cover available. The facilities are beautiful. When bathrooms are so lovely, you just know that the whole place is being cared for well.

First place in a long while (especially a KOA) where they had not only great WIFI but cable, everything clean, nice pleasant folks working in the office AND the field. Thank you!!!

We had an end site so extra room. Pool only open during office hours because there is no emergency phone pool side. Hate the water hookups the way they are designed had issues getting the angle and could not use our water regulator. Park is very clean and convenient to highway without hearing the noise.

As an overnight stay this was perfect, especially given the location near Santa Feand Albuquerque. Staff was very nice.

Sites are way too close together. WiFi does not work. Place is very outdated, desperately needs upgrades. Definitely not worth the money.

Clean and kept property. Constant staff members roving around keeping things clean and tidy. This is the only KOA in the Four Corners area we would recommend to others. Please consider keeping the pool open past 7:00pm, maybe 8:00 or 9:00pm.

Very friendly & helpful staffs. Park is off main road. It is very clean, well-organized with wide RV spaces. Not too many trees to block satellite. Has two clean dog parks. Clean laundry room & bathroom. No cafe but there is a beer joint next to this park ( did not visit ). There are many fast food places nearby. Walmart & Home Depot are close by too. Near rail station.

The site was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the model all KOA campsites should use to make their campgrounds up to par with the best!!

Just a quick overnight but, as we travel around the country we stay at a lot of Campgrounds. Many KOA’s. This is one of the best maintained ones. Polite staff was great.

Friendly staff, easy to maneuver a larger RV, quiet. We would definitely return. We were there only one night & didn’t take advantage of the pool, laundry or showers but it’s all there if needed.

Older park but well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star is the artificial turf grass for each site is such a tiny space. Needs to be be bigger for a nicer outdoor rv site sitting area.

We have stayed at both of the Albuquerque locations and prefer this location for our 3 night stay. The sites can be a little bit close, but definitely not a deal breaker. The mountain view is really nice and watching the moon come up over it was cool!

Late arrival was problematic since youshut down at 7pm. No paperwork available nor info as to bathroom codes. No sitemap. Not the welcome we have come to expect from KOA.

We rented a space for 3 days thinking it would be like the last one, it wasn't. The makeshift showers were new but very cheap. There are excessive pet rules and fines advertised. No campfires or charcoal allowed. Dirty AstroTurf instead of grass. Quiet time is broken with diesel motors idling at 7am, possibly in protest of higher than normal pricing. I left after 1 night.

The campground was nice but had very strange rules, dogs were not allowed on the turf patches and there were no fire rings at all. All the other tent pads around me had a working light and electrical box but mine was broken. The area was also very unsafe and there were dogs barking all night.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
