Our second stay at this park, in the last two weeks. We travelled to California via Glendale/Tucson, so this is the perfect place from Colorado Springs. It's now our go to place when traveling South. Very nice greeting upon arrival and the park is very well maintained. We will be stopping again soon!

We enjoy staying at this KOA in our drive to Denver from Tucson. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The campground is always in beautiful shape. It's obvious it's well loved and cared for.

We really enjoyed our two nights there. The grounds were well maintained. The dog park was very clean and attractive and secure. We had dinner at the brewery via the attached gate and the pizza was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay. This will be our go to location when traveling south from now on. Greeted as soon as we entered the facility and for the first time the clerk acknowledged our request to be placed as close to the K9 park. Which I would like to say was the best lite K9 park we have seen in a KOA. Site was level and easy to pull in with a toad vehicle. Highly Recommended!

We couldn't have been happier staying at this K.O.A! Honestly, Angie, Andrew & the entire crew made us feel like we were at home. The kids absolutely loved staying here, between movies every Saturday night, the pool, & the park they couldn't have been happier. Cleanest campground I've seen! We can't wait to stay again!

Very convenient and clean, quiet as expected. The spaces were roomy and the hosts were great for a late check-in.

During any of our stays, the staff has always been very friendly. This year we had a dead car battery and the maintenance guys were beyond helpful getting the battery fully charged which took several hours one afternoon and a couple hours the next morning. Without being asked, they brought the charger back in the morning. Finally, hooray, the car started and we were on our way. Thank you so much

The owners of the KOA Journey were very wonderful and helpful! We had a slight accident with our car hitting the trash container. They were very kind and courteous about the situation. I was very appreciative of the kindness they showed us.

Sites were large enough. Laundry area was clean. Showers need some TLC .. no space to put your belongings & if you’re not careful, everything will be soaked. Men’s shower walls don’t go to the ceiling, so hope you like your neighbor! You won’t get any views from this location but it’s close to several sights. There is a great bar next door and a train station close by.

Horrible! My internet would go off by 7 pm. I was there for nearly a month. My camper was broken into and told the mgmt & police. Mgmt treated me like I was the problem. This place is next to a brewery and they play their terrible music ultra loud for hours. There is a mysterious hole in the womens showers. Maintenance hooked up heater tape so the pipes wouldn’t freeze but never plugged it in.

Sites are way too small. Our slide was way too close to the neighbor's picnic table. Almost couldn't walk through.

Beautiful KOA with wonderful and helpful staff. The bathroom was modern and beautiful. Close to the highway, gas and food. I would definitely recommend this KOA if you’re in the area. They even had a Halloween party for the quests!

Overall a nice RV park. Sites level with gravel and astro turf in front of each campsite. Appears to be well managed and the staff is very friendly. Bathroom/Shower were clean. Towards the back of the campground there needs to be more lighting. We did have a police officer driving through who stopped and gave us a warning about bikes being stolen and locks cut so be aware.

Stayed in a cabin arriving after hours. Easy check in. Cabin updated with drywall! No log walls or ceilings :( BUT it had a cute matching set of desk with chair lamp, and storage shelves. Would have rather had a mini fridge and micro wave like Holbrook AZ KOA. Showers were updated also with tile and had a rack for soap and shampoo men’s hot on wrong side.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We did go over to the bar that was adjacent to the campground, The last night of our stay our electric bikes were stolen off the back of our Jeep, our cover was the straps were cut off the bikes. We notified the manager and filed a police report. There needs to be more lightening in the park and cameras, should have back gate locked with card access!

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
