Staff excellent, Not Pet Friendly. Poor pet area (All sand/small area) - signs everywhere saying "No Pets Allowed" Clue - Dogs like grass, not sand or dirt.

This campground is ok for an overnight but really not much longer. The staff is super helpful and we really enjoyed our interactions with them. The sites are so tight and close. We had a patio site and frankly I don't know how they call it that. We've stayed at a lot of KOAs and this one just didn't live up to what we are used to.

This is a very clean and quiet campground. You are close to the main artery highways without being directly in Albuquerque. The sites are wide enough that you don't feel on top of your neighbor...we are in a Class A. You can walk to Kaktus Brewery right behind the KOA for incredible pizza and beer/cocktails. We even listened to live music.

Nice, clean KOA with all the amenities but none were open yet. The brewery next door was closed but would have definitely gone there as there is nothing else within walking distance. Easy on and off the freeway . You will hear road noise from the freeway and the driveways and sites are really tight for big rigs.

Hi. We stay in a lot of KOAs and by far your KOA was the best. You were accommodating and friendly. Your grounds are spotless, your laundry facilities are clean and your KOA is an easy off and on the highway. We spent 10 days exploring Santa fe, Albuquerque and Bernalillo and didn't see everything the area has to offer. We had a wonderful time thanks in part to your KOA. Thanks.

Perfect place to stay for activities in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Staff was friendly and took a lot of pride in the care and upkeep of the Campground.

This was our first stay at a KOA. This KOA did not disappoint. Everything was super clean and tidy. Even though it looked almost full it was so quiet we never heard anything at night. We felt super safe and secure. The owners were so friendly and helpful. There isn’t anything additional they could have done to improve our experience.

We understood we had booked a "big rig" space with a "patio." We were in P-52 with awkward parking and the grassy picnic table area was no different than other spaces. Not what we thought a "patio" would be. Our dog is old and we wanted a space a little larger for her so that passing cars and dogs didn't alarm her. Having said all that, our stay was okay and our dog managed. Clean & nice staff.

The people in the office are amazing ! Unfortunately. It is not not quiet. Lights and noise from behind the tent are is horrid. Also trucks leaving a 5:30 with the loud mufflers. Bathrooms are extremely clean, so are the showers .

Cabin i stayed in was clean with a comfortable mattress. The grounds of the camp is well organized and maintained. Friendly staff easy booking. The internet wifi was unstable.

I LOVED being so close to the Sandia mountains. We did laundry there too and met a couple ladies that were very friendly and gave us some tips on where else to visit and why they love NM so much! We took the tram up the mountain and I would recommend that for anyone staying here.

We called in our reservation while on the road and stuck in traffic. The lady on the phone was very nice and got us set up. We rolled in minutes after the office flooded but our packet was exactly where she said it would be and our space was fine (tent). Bathrooms/showers were clean and worked well. Is a busy campground!

A tree was in our way where we stayed. I asked park to trim the branches as it was scraping our paint job on the rv. Also the weather got windy with ran and snow flurries so it made it worse. I got a call from office. I returned her call and was never contacted again. This campground is far away from the city and things to do. Picnic tables need to be replaced.

Got in late and easily found our information outside the office. Clean grounds with great signage. Quiet even though we were close to the interstate. We had a nice night’s stay.

The Bernalillo KOA is a great location away from the hustle of Albuquerque, yet it’s easy to access anyplace in the metro area by quick freeway access. The grounds are clean, and it’s easy to navigate my rig through the campground. After I left a member of the staff called me to let me know that I left my PRV at the campsite, and that they would hold it for me until my next stay.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
