I had a small trailer behind my fifth wheel ,so I could help my son move. We informed the office upon arrival to see if they had a place we could park it, they said our site was 100' and there was plenty of room. When returning to the camp ground the following night pulling the small trailer the manager chased us down and informed us we weren't allowed to have a 2nd trailer. Not in the rules.

Angie and Andrew are excellent Managers and are always helpful. The entire staff is great. We will definitely return to this location.

Traveling cross-country and stayed two nights. Not so great at back-ins yet but Andrew was a charm! Facilities were clean, environment was very nice. Plenty of space between campers. Would definitely recommend, especially for a longer stay!

Manager was very nice and friendly. We broke down so plans changed, they were able to accommodate us and even extended our stay.

Very friendly staff keep the sites spotless. Would be nice if all the dryers worked as the one out of order and the other which is difficult to start slowed down progress for those of us waiting to do laundry.

We always enjoy our stay at the Bernalillo KOA. You can tell that the managers treat their staff well as everyone is always so friendly and nice. The facilities are well cared for and they have not one, but two dog parks. Love to walk over to Kactus Brewery for a good pizza, beer and entertainment. We have continued to come back to this spot whenever we need to camp in the Albuquerque vicinity.

Really loved this site! Everything was easy to find, staff was so friendly! The bathrooms were SO NICE and clean. I will say closing the bathrooms from 11 am - 1 pm is a long time especially for it being the only bathroom on site when you are tenting. everything was wonderful

Check-in was great, we pulled into our space & the mgr Andrew raced up, slammed on his brakes to the point that gravel went flying & proceeded to yell at us that we needed to be escorted to our space. He said this was HIS place & we were told we needed an escort to make sure we set up correctly, which we were not told that. He then left without telling us if we set up correctly. Extremely rude.

When we made our reservations for a 30amp site, they asked if we wanted 50amp (our RV is 34.5ft). Explained only one AC unit, and it runs on 30. They said great! Months later when we arrive, they claim a 35ft can't run on 30 amp and it would damage their equipment. We finally worked this out; stayed in 30amp site we had booked. Restrooms clean; sites VERY close. (No damage to their equipment)

Bernalillo KOA is one of the cleanest campgrounds I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely friendly and can’t do enough to help in any way that is needed. I would highly recommend this KOA Campground to others and would visit again when in the area.

As I checked in I asked to get some info about some hiking trails close to the campground and Cheryl the front desk staff was busy at that moment but later had it printed and ready for me to pick it up! Wonderful and very friendly staff. I went out later and explored the foothills trail that she’d suggested It was beautiful and perfect hiking trails! Loved it. . Showers and bathrooms were clean!

Great location to visit both Santa Fe & Albuquerque. K9 camp area that my dog enjoyed. 4 washers/ 4 dryers ( 1 broken). Reasonable charges to use laundry facilities. Nice stay!

Debbie was courteous and understanding about the space I had originally reserved. It was a 50 a.mp site and I only needed a 30 amp service . I told her the only reason I wanted it was because it said it had a larger patio area. She responded by saying all sites had the larger patio with artificial turf. . Sewer fitting was stripped, trash was overflowing by Saturday. Site was very accommodating

Beware if you get a pull thru. Your rig door lines up with your neighbors poop hose. They could at least put up a privacy fence. Other than that, a nice park.

The location nearest to the event I had to support made this the ideal spot to stay for the week. The campsites were pristinely maintained, nearly level, and easy to navigate into and out of. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the facilities were well maintained.

We were here !0 days , sites were very nice, park well maintained, staff very personable. Very convenient to most attractions we were looking to visit. The brewery there on site was very good but pricey.

Sites were very close and the advertised ‘patio’ site was actually a small mound covered in artificial turf and a rickety picnic table. Dogs could not do their business on any of the grassy areas - only a dirt one area. Ok for just a one night stay but this area has so much offer that one night isn’t enough.

Excellent campground. Nice baths and showers. pleasant surroundings. Close to food and services. Easy on and off freeways. But, if you have a tent and it's on a weekend be prepared for late night hot rod drag racing on nearby streets. Evidently police are unconcerned and let it go on until midnight constantly waking me up. Funny, if you sleep in your car not a tent you're breaking the law.

Love the couple K9 parks and so does our dog!!!! The fence open to be able to walk to a bar and food is priceless as we didn’t unhook! Bathrooms clean !!! Staff helpful and professional. We love this koa!!! EZ on off I 25 to take care of business.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
