I had great stay at KOA in Bernalillo and the staff were very friendly and helpful and pleasant to talk to. The camp ground was very quiet and clean

Host was very helpful and friendly. Moved us to site where satellite could be used. Recommended place to eat next to rv park. Site clean,spacious and level. Rv park close to interstate but didn’t have any issues with noise. One of the nicer koa’s we have stayed.

The site was a good size and level. You could see where the gravel was raked to make the site level. That is much appreciated. The people were very friendly & helpful. The pizza from the Brewery recommended by the KOA staff was very good. The Park was clean.

So thankful for the wonderful Staff at this place! We asked for our baseball team to hang out with us for dinner and they were awesome in making sure we had what we needed! We also had a late check out and the process was easily explained and accommodated! The bathrooms were well kept! Pool looked beautiful! So thankful to have a safe and quiet place to come to on our visit to Albuquerque!

Have stayed here multiple times in the past and have always been treated as a guest, not an interruption or a person forcing you to do some work. People are constantly monitoring you to make sure you are breaking any rules. Not sure if it is under new management, but it is not a friendly environment anymore. I do not think I would return to this KOA again.

Park is clean! Site was level. My only comment is the dead tree needs to be cut before the wind blows it over. Then replace it….

Short layover. Called me to explain late check-in clean large dog park. Well maintained grounds, friendly staff. Amenities looked great even though I did not get to enjoy because of our schedule.

Andrew and Ang are absolutely amazing. The KOA was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The grounds are well taken care of and the pool is also clean and warm. Everyone there are so very kind and I appreciate them so very much

While checking in late at night, a man watched me, making me uncomfortable as a solo traveler. The room was hot, but I couldn’t open windows due to his presence. The A/C couldn’t be lowered per posted instructions. I woke up sweating and hyperventilating, then worked a double shift. I reported it the next morning, but KOA denied a refund, saying I didn’t call soon enough.

Friendly helpful staff. Sites are well maintained. Pool is refreshing. Playground for the grandkids could use some work. Laundry room well maintained.

Spot next to us was a permanent resident that had dog fences, potted plants so far over on their site we were unable to get to our wet bay and other utility bays. The poop from dogs was all over in the little fenced area. Not an enjoyable stay at all!

Our family has been going to this KOA for many years. The managers Andrew and Angela are amazing!!!! Since they took over, they have really improved the park, bathrooms and the whole experience. They are truly professional. Gigi is a very hard worker that takes pride in her work - it really showed.

We had electrical hookup issues. The power kept flickering on and off. We used the motorhome days prior to this Koa site and everything was great. This was dangerous as my husband uses a Cpap machine!!!

Our week stay was great! There was so much to see if you were willing to drive & explore the BEAUTIFUl New Mexico. The staff was awesome & the facilities were very clean. Kaktus bar was an extra plus if you didn’t want to cook. Two dog parks made it easy when my four had to go play or use the restroom. Would definitely go back again!

The staff are very pleasant and I like how they set up activities for anyone that want to attend. I understand that this is the desert, but the dog park is a dust bowl, so dogs come back absolutely filthy. I'm not happy on the fact that staff raked the dusty gravel around my RV just 30 minutes after I paid $130 to have my RV washed. Isn't it possible to lightly hose down the area before raking?

Great staff. Everyone was working on maintenance painting fences, cleaning lots. It is so clean and well kept. Bathrooms are sparkling fresh. Pool is great playground for kids is perfect. The dog loved the dog park. It’s a perfect campground.

I love it. I am currently a long term, workkamper. I've been at Bernalillo KOA for over two years and I LOVE it. Location, people, the entire atmosphere is just awesome and what makes it truly awesome is my kids and grandson are less than 15 minutes away from me.

Everyone that works here is super friendly! All of the ladies who work in the office are more than helpful if you ever need anything. Angie and the staff are always putting on events for the kiddos, which we appreciated. The pool is nice and clean, the sites are clean and the laundry room is always nice and clean as well. You'll always catch the staff outside cleaning or maintaining the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Angie and staff for making our stay so wonderful.

Clean camp, friendly staff. Long pull-throughs make parking your tow rig or "toad" easy. Central to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Lots of services just up the road and secret access to Kaktus Brewpub on the north side of camp. Great weekend getaway.
