Everything was great. Staff accommodated us by giving us a site next to the restrooms. Staff was pleasant, facilities clean, site was shaded, weather was perfect. Totally enjoyable stay..

Great staff as they were very friendly Only observation as to why I rated the campground a 4 stars, is because I hate gravel sites and prefer concrete pads. Thanks

Very nice campground. My only negative was that there wasn't much area for pottying dogs. The grass was off limits, and there was limited other areas to let them walk and potty. But otherwise, it was a very nice and quiet campground, very clean and well taken care of.

Always a favorite KOA. Very well maintained nice upgrade on bath house BUT shower curtains much too far from shower so water goes everywhere!!

My business took me to Albuquerque for a show. KOA Bernalillo provided a safe, clean, quiet place to stay for the weekend event. This is my 4th stay and I will return in August for another event. I have recommended Bernalillo KOA to friends. When my husband travelled to Las Cruces for a weekend show, we booked a cabin for him at the local KOA. He enjoyed it so much more than staying in a hotel.

Check in was easy. Hostess was extremely nice & knowledgeable. Credited for being a KOA member even though she had to use a new credit card...reservation was made on a card later compromised, but she had no problem with the change...all with a smile. We had an easy pull-thru close to entrance/exit - convenient since we were there only 1 night.

Nice quiet camping and I was really close to the doggie park which was large enough for my big Bouviers to run.

Campground is kept very clean. We were escorted to our site. The site was level and setup was easy.

We were very pleased with our stay at the KOA journey in Bertolo, NM. Everything was very clean and well organized. We appreciated the large showers and our quiet campsite. Easy check in and very helpful staff! Thank you ��

This location does not comply with registered service dog state and federal laws. I received a phone call from the office stating that if this was unacceptable then to leave the campground. It’s unacceptable for me that my trained service dog that is required to be in my presence 100% of the time was not allowed to be with me when I had to use the toilet. I had to leave due to the medical risk

This location was very clean, (loved how each site is raked before arrival) staff very friendly and accomadating, bathrooms were large and clean.

We have a class A with tow, couldn’t get 50 amp and tried 30 . No electricity middle of night, spit and roads are narrow. Angie and Andrew are terrific and helped during the check in just didn’t work for us.

We love staying here when traveling along the 40 even though it's a bit off the beaten path. Well worth the extra miles to get there. The brewery is awesome also.

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
