Yummy Crock Pot Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6-8 thighs)
- 1 pkg sliced mushrooms (8 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
- 1 Tbsp wine (any kind)
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Season and brown chicken in butter. Put in Crock Pot. Put mushrooms over chicken. Whisk soup and wine in bowl, pour over chicken and mushrooms. Cook on low 3-4 hours. Put cheese slices over chicken, turn heat to high, cook 15 minutes.
Serve with egg noodles or anything to sop up juices, because the juice is delicious! If you don't want the cheese slices to get "lost" in the juices, take chicken and mushrooms out of crock pot after 3-4 hours, put in baking dish, put cheese over and bake at 350 about 15 minutes. Great either way!
